I, for one, consider it an honor to have responsibility on this site and it IS important to those waiting for titles that someone attentive and organized holds the position. Jeep - you should probably just appoint someone as you'd have to teach them what to do anyway, and act as their back-up if they fall behind.

These titles are meant to be fun and sign of acceptance, a welcoming in the group you could say. However, isn't better to be known for your general characteristics of your playing style than for some title. If one's title is a fair expression of that, fine. But having a title is not the zenith of the peak. The title "mafia scum" is fine for me. I agree with Phoebus that title should be relevant to general matters and not to obscurities. I believe there is room for "fun" things, you could say. In the three cases mentioned above, I would have to vote NO for them.
