No , there are two types of rule trades :
a) Ownership - where the slips are traded via the mod
b) Knowledge - where you send the rule in a pm to the other player

You should have got the rules ..

I really don't think ill be able to trade for wolves i need by game end so wolves take a back burner to cops but ill still try .. My haves : Seer,Lyncher,CR+whatever rules you want.

I worked out the points and thought what i offered was a equal trade? I really can't use the cult cards without some major reshuffling of my hand ,which i do not want to attempt so late in the game.

You have a doc surplus. By my count, that trade nets you more points, but nets me a doc I can trade.

Your proposed trade ended with me having less points that I started with.
I actually calculated it as Lyncher + points increase it brings out which you otherwise might have traded away + goon > doc.

I'm working on the doc angle here ;) - i really do not have much else going for me at the moment.
