I'm actually kind of serious about that mech point though, scum neighbors can CRUSH games. Fakegods large dance theme scum are 3-0 now (that game was NOT fun btw), in frozen angels large theme the scum neighbors in the large hood were townread while a townie there was semi-tunneled by mathblade, etc.

Honestly I've been lazy enough in this game that I don't really know.

Vig is also POSSIBLY a fake claim for you (or maybe even a scum vig like 1/2 shot or something), but it's more just an idea I'm mulling over than anything actually substantiated.

Basically I've been kinda lost and need to actually put in the time to try and nit be lost. Which probably happens Saturday. Which is a shitty answer but also the true one.

I guess the first question from that reveal would be how your flavor ties to your role abilities, since flips so far seemed to have (and I'd guess that "Arewn" and "went to valinor" are also tied up)

second quesiton: did anything in your role PM suggest that your character was or was not happy/fulfilled?

so, where i was going w the flavor thing (and I would prefer this be kept under wraps), is that it SEEMS like town roles are people/characters who are relatively unhappy/unfulfilled, which SEEMS to tie into the flavor theme. OTOH I think people did submit flavor stuff pregame and RC said it was decopuled from alignment so this may just be random noise on my end

also, do you have any reason to think that your "wrapping up in chains" bit was responsible for lycan not being able to be in thread on D3?

there have been a few points where postie has actually town-pinged me, and I remember the last game I played with her (open 642, a travesty of a game in so many ways), she was hydra'd with RC (our mod) and a bunch of her posts were like exactly what I was thinking, often enough that it just fit for me that she'd be town.

And I feel the same about her here. If there are particular posts that you think are troubling, I'll look at them, but I feel pretty solidly about her being town rn.

I've heard good things about Postie's scum game, though I haven't seen it live. In particular I recall RC talking about a game where she beat him (though i also recall I think from the summer a game where RC with his alt where he just totally obliterated her)

It kinda looks super like the opposite to me. The entire execution was just so incredibly awkward and sloppy that I struggle to see THAT as a bus. Derping the hammer, forgetting who's voting who, deflecting off of the mistake... if Vax was town I could more plausibly see that as a possible scum process, but as someone who KNEW the hammer was on scum, and KNEW that "why'd you hammer that claim" was never gonna be a valid cause for suspicion... I dunno. Maybe I'll read it again but that was just so completely bizarre for scum theater that I'm pretty skeptical.

I will say that the more weird shift keeps happening, the more I think that there HAS to be some kind of halfway decent town power out there yet to be discovered.
