Just a tip for you guys, if you feel you are leveling too slow or feel behind, do some professions. Cooking helped me get around 3-4 levels. You can get everything from the shopkeeper dude.

I use a sword and a shield and a greatsword. Both have a skill to leap or blink to an enemy so I can stun and slow them.
