Ravnica drafts were the best. Especially after the lackluster Kamigawa block where drafting was really awful.

When you put it on the stack from your hand it is considered cast. Coming from the stack is counted as resolving.

Think about a card like Glimpse of Nature, which triggers every time you cast a creature spell.
