Thank you for your concern. We at Crimson Dragon Enterprises are dedicated to the highest quality of product possible. In light of this, prices have been adjusted to reccomended levels save for the following:

Ender Pearls, seeing as they are rare and useful items, are priced at 1 diamond to keep hunting down to a minimum and to provide the company with a small, if infrequent, diamond source
Due to the risk of gunpowder collection, our prices on that material are quite high. This will also prevent grief from destroying the server.
Magma block pricing has not changed because it’s cheap. We consider one coal a good substitute.
Prices for refusal to provide materials is intentionally high, to prevent this from happening.

We would also like to point out that farms for these resources (gunpowder and iron) will eventually be produced by the company. This will alter prices in the future.

This letter is to inform you that Crimson Dragon Enterprises has become aware of discrepancies with in the contract signed and the actual work that needs to be done on the wall. Firstly we were not made aware that the base of the wall was , firstly not finished and furthermore would require mining of the andesite, graniteand diorite that has been left to mark its placement. Because of this, we will be charging an additional eight iron per hour for the completion of this project for the first layer. After this first layer we will no longer charge the additional premium.

In addition, we were not made aware of the need to use stone brick outside of the wall. While this is a new development, we would like to inform you that due to the cost of providing these labor and expense intensive materials, we will charge you an extra 4 iron per hour unless you wish to provide materials yourself, in which case we will charge you the bass 16 iron per hour rate plus the premium.

We appreciate your business, but please keep in mind that in the future if these issues do occur again we may be forced to cease operations with you. Thank you,

Dear customers,

Due to a recent basement exacavation from our neighbor and partner, Inferno Construction Inc., a small cave in underneath the Surveyor’s Hut has occurred. As this was a temporary structure anyways, we will be tearing down the remaining structure over the next few days. We apologize for any inconvenience, but customers will still be able to order maps from our online store.

In other news, Crimson Dragon Enterprises will be opening its Nether Portal to the public shortly, as soon as it travels to and explores the local Nether Fortress. We intend to construct one or more Blaze farm, so we would appreciate if no spawners were removed at this time.
A portion of the resources found will be donated to the town.

Due to a recent discovery, plans to construct the Shatter Factory have been delayed in order to construct Femur Farms, a subsidy of Crimson Dragon Enterprises. This far will provide bone, arrows, and bows to the public at the following tentative prices:
Bones: 1 Iron or 8 Coal for 8 bones
Arrows: 2 Iron or 1 Gold for 8 arrows
Bows: 1 Diamond
Enchanted Bows will be priced higher as needed.

We are sorry to see that the wall project has been given to another supplier. We will not charge for the work already done, but we will no longer continue on the project.

A) Would like to apologize if I have been overbearing. This was brought to my attention last night and I realized that that probably wasn’t fun for anyone. Will adjust for the future. Also, the only reason the NP was off limits is because I wanted a chance to look around a little and get a hub set up before I opened the floodgates. I’m gonna put in a NP at the desert/village, and once I do that y’all are welcome to use it.

B) I’m thinking my contribution for the server is going to be farms. Here’s my current list of projects:

Iron (Yes that’s a thing)
Creeper
Wheat/Potato/Carrot/Beetroot (I love the community plots, but having to harvest and replant by hand is a pain in the butt. There’s GOT to be a better way to do that.)

Melon/Pumpkin

It’s a lot but I think I can do it. If you have some pumpkins let me know, I’ll probably need like two stacks to start.

C) I’ve been AFK at Inferno’s basement for the last 12 hours or so, so if anyone has been trying to sleep or there’s been lag, that’s why. Sorry about that; I’ll let you all know beforehand next time.

To those it may concern:
Crimson Dragon Enterprises, afters staring at the starter home across the lake, has decided to begin a community project to create a town hall at that location. All current squatters are advised to find alternate lodgings within the next three days or lay sole claim to that property, else their items will be placed just outside of the construction zone and they will be charged a slight fee. We appreciate your business.
(I.E. Inferno and I are renovating unless someone specifically owns that house. If whoever owns it (which I think is Bulb) doesn't want us to to that, ok. If anyone else doesn't like that, it's a community build, not a place to squat for the entire server life and you shouldn't be living there anyways.)

I think I have some apologizing and explaining to do
A) So turns out Inferno did take the smelted stone and put it in the community center, which he just told me. I think he thought it was community (and if it it community, it's not yours and you shouldn't be jumping down throats because its back where the whole community can use it after you "claimed" it as your own, even after everyone else donated the cobble and buckets to that smelter. Four of those buckets are mine. If it is, you are justified and he was crossing the line.) You should still be able to get to it. Sorry about that. I have no idea where your other stuff went, We didn't use any of your stuff.
B) I wasn't aware that was Bulb's LH until after Inferno tore it all down. The way it was advertised to me was the temporary safehouse. That's why I made that statement. I can tear that stuff down and put it back, or I can leave it at this point. It's you all's call. But I htought the lighthouse was going to be across the lake, and this was not part of that structure, which is what I get for skimming. That's on me.
C) Of course, the above B still seems bad. It WAS a community project. In fact, Inferno and I had a IRL conversation that went a little like this:

Inferno: There's a building that needs to be replaced in town.
James: What building?
Inferno: The temporary community safehouse/town hall-type area
James: Why?
Inferno: Because people are squatting in it and it needs to be renovated
James: That sounds like it could be a bad idea. I'm not sure I want to be a part of that.

So then I get on the server, and my mob farm hasn't been working for several days. I go to see if there's been a creeper or something, and lo and behold someone has gone in and lit the whole thing up and disabled mob spawn. So my line of thinking is "If it's okay to purposely and maliciously tamper with semi-private property that's providing goods to the whole town, what's the harm in prettifying what I believe to be a temporary community area?" So I do my whole little thing, which came across very hard and abrupt, which I apologize for, and I'm think, "I can help out a little bit, if he needs me."


Now, did I cross a line? Probably. Does that excuse my actions? Nope. Was I wrong? Most definitely. And I'm sorry that it's caused issues. It was not my intention, and like I said, it's an easy fix that I can do over the next few days. But if we're really going to rant at ME, who did none of the building on this thing, and actually has built one thing in town that I'm getting ready to tear down anyways, and we're going to say nothing about my property getting altered, that's not cool. So if we're going to do all this, at least the person who did that should step forward and apologize as well.

And I never said it was ugly, so lets rear that horse in right now. I kinda liked it, actually. That was Inferno's whole deal.

One more thing:

In fact, you want to know a structure that I think is ugly as fuck? A 60-high 24-wide 24-deep BIRCH (god I hate birch it's like puke-wood) massive cube of a building built to contain 3240 chests.

A) Cussing out a build is not ok, especially when you just said you weren't going to
B) Are you not the one who built all the farms out of birch logs, planks, and fences, and selected birch as a block for this town?

While I'm here, I am working on a lightweight industrial-style modpack from 1.12.2 if you want to use t for the next modded stuff. I'd have to send y'all the pack since it's custom, but it shouldn't be too big of a deal.

And as I said before, if that's the case you are more than justified in taking the stuff that is yours out of storage.
Between my spawner getting sabotaged and your stuff getting stolen, we may have a serious problem. I'm pretty confident Inferno didn't take from private stores.

My spawner is outside of town, 10-12 blocks underground , and can only be accessed from my basement.
I seriously doubt someone mistook it for town.
