Marathon Weekend (Done)

Do we need to wait until the 17th to put games into sign-ups or can we make a thread in advance and then start the game on the 17th? I made a Marathon set-up thing last Marathon Weekend and never got to run it, so I have that game ready to go.
Also, when does the 17th begin? Which timezone are we going by?

Oh I just realised that's February 17th, not January. My questions still apply though.
