I don't think trying to break it is a good idea here. Because there is no way this time to make it so that it works even if the stacked person is scum it works for town like last game.
I'm keen on just going for it on an intended use or for fringe cases where people will work well with it.

His shitty omgus is actually really shitty.
Mentality looks like he wants to ride his skill to mislynch people he doesn't want around rather than scumhunting to protect for later.
That's the best way I can put it without going super longwinded. It's more comprehensive than that, but I'm not sure how to put it in to words exactly and I also want to see if I am right without talking about it for meta'ish purposes.
You're saying you think that he thinks that he can use his skill to mislynch me?
How does anything in that post suggest that his vote on me was serious? Plus, I'm notorious for tunneling people, town or scum, who vote me and am not an easy person to lynch whatsoever; would he really be interested in forcing such a fight unnecessarily?
My stance on him is that it's completely bizarre that he went from voting me in a very joking manner to treating it like a serious vote on the next page, which I think could very well have been a way to slide some of the pressure away. There's also the fact that he seemed really awkward responding to the request for a 1v1 like he wasn't sure how serious I was and was also scared by it.
@bolded: No. It's about the BNLp vote. A couple of steps into my thought process might help.
1. The vote is not meant to get him lynched or it would be being pushed properly. So what is the point?
2. Taking a reads list wall and declaring it from scum makes it less likely to be followed by the sheepy players in the game. Point is to discredit subtly.
3. This would be dangerous if not for LQ knowing that it is unlikely to be enough to get him lynched, so he can get away with the slight suggestion that BNLp isn't on the ball to the rest of the game.
So my point is that LQ is a good enough player to feel that a surface level scum points action like OMGUS shouldn't result in his lynch and so take the risk.
The trick here is that omgus isn't always omgus and just conflict in reads. I don't seriously think that is the case here.

Can I get a room, not sure who with. But it can't be one of the people up for lynch and it should be someone I at least kinda know. It'll just be nice to have for night 1.

Well the good news is I was very wrong and have situationally cleared myself.
I might have gone full rambo on how LQ was the only real option for the last scum. So ya, 100% would not have risked him protecting whoever my kill target was were I scum.
The bad news is I was completely coninced LQ was scum and now I have nothing. Good stuff.

Ok my last proper post's end got swallowed. Was trying to say that I have yet to protect anyone this game if people are trying to work out actions. Sorry about that.

really?
White knighting?
And that makes no sense. Presumably it's gunning for you to die tonight while postie is double protected. which means that if I'm not the lynch then no matter who we lynch today if the game is still going then the one not lynched is mafia.

Why should I beleive you're NOT thinking that?
You should be thinking that. What you aren't thinking is how it is exactly the same for yse and ipie and therefore null. We should be playing the 66% chance.
That is not why I am voting you. The fact that you missed that shows a lack of reading comprehension which is much more worrying than a lack of reading period.

Why is this creating such an emotional response from you when before this you could have played the numbers and still been acting with a greater than 50% chance town win after heavily assumed information?
I asked you to stop absenteeing the fuck out of the game and take the time to read the game you fucking joined and you told me to piss off and voted me.

The reason why I voted you, which I thought was obvious from what I bolded is because you are not playing to the way a logical town player should have from your position. You weren't using your obv towness as a tool to enforce the end of the game, and you also didn't entertain the idea of creating night wifom be gambiting with protection on yourself over postie after was assumed protection on postie.

You can take a chance and communicate with one of the leftover unknowns. This leaves you open to double bluffs and rolling with it. Both of which win the game immediately if you are aslo telling postie what you are doing and guess correctly. A chance that is worth at least some merit.
Now that I think about it, town you should have voted for a room with whoever you weren't voting for out of myself and pie, but that didn't happen either.
As for why you are town as far as I can garner the reason is because postie says so. At this point in time I am contending that.

and you did a third one.
Should have seen this happening. :/
You can reach out to someone, preferably the mafioso and spread as much wifom as humanly possible in to their head. Say you are doing a bunch of other things. As many possibilities as you can think of and never confirm with them. Then they have to make hard decisions on if they call various bluffs. Some of which leave a wealth of information if postie is on the same page and also deter from leaving you alive for wifom reasons.
