Okay.
I'm feeling fisky.
Light Town reading fuzzy, seems pretty light-hearted, plus from the back and forth, looks like a history with edo (this also was why I asked edo his thoughts).
Will post more later, I have a child breathing down my neck, wanting my phone.
Edos and I played together a lot when I first joined the site (or maybe it was towards the end of last year).

I know.
It's fine. I'm just informing you for future games. It's not unusual for an RVS to have a wagon that leads on for a few days (or even multiple wagons like this one). You can sometimes pull information from it, but it's most naturally used as a gateway into actual voting.
Me:
As town I'm pretty bitchy, I watch how people interact and I get aggressive. As scum I tend to sit back more and then get aggressive.
The correct answer to his question (and all question like it) is it doesn't matter what or how I say I play as any specific role. For instance: As scum, I'm really laid back and tend to go with the flow. Do you believe that? Because if someone told me that, I wouldn't believe them and you shouldn't either. If you're going to push for someone's lynch, you need to have solid evidence of why that person is scum. Not because he/she is playing differently than they said they would play as a specific role. You will never, ever, see me play the same way as a certain role more than once.
/IC
Now then, since I'm home, let's get down to brass taxes.

I meta research people to see if they are lying.
It's why I like the question.
Would you like an example?
@x88: as I said it was my impression when reading your post.
Meta is perfectly fine, but it shouldn't be something you base reads off of. If you really want to meta me, go ahead. I have over 80 games on this site and, save for my very first few, I've never played the same in any of them.

Just saw this for whatever reason.
I'm mediocre at it. I play this a lot differently than other people. I don't look for scummy things. I look for things that scum would do to look town.

That post from Maruchan didn't really sit well with me either, but I wasn't going to say anything at the time. I just noted it and went along.
Why weren't you going to say anything?
Because stating how you feel every time you have a thought isn't exactly a good thing.
I'll answer your question publically when I feel like answering it.

Maru is really easy to pressure. I'll let that decide his alignment.

It feels opportunistic because he immediately jumped to the conclusion that we're scum instead of analyzing the situation and realizing it was a joke.
Scum do things like that to make it look like they're scumhunting so they look more town-like.

That's unfortunate. I liked Bins.
Secondly, we're not lynching anyone without a good reason to and I would absolutely be against lynching someone before the new replacement comes in. I've done it before. It doesn't work out too well.
2 games before this on another forum and 4 ongoing games here.
I am a town PR, to put it like that and the second Marucham found out about this he's pounced on me, I believe I made a big mistake here which I can't undo as I seriously believe Marucham is scum.
*sigh*
Never claim PR on day 1.
We're not lynching Wgeurts today.
We're not lynching Lissa today.
Maruchan, maybe.
I want to hear from everyone else.

Basically this. I mean, I can see scum doing this, but I don't think this came from scum.

He fails to consider the town viewpoint. He "assumed" you and Edosurist were scum because it was a CLEAR contradiction to his own role. What else was there to analyze? You seemed to be calling the guy scum for not getting a joke rather than actually doing anything scummy.
I said his approach to the situation was scummy and it was. He wasn't paying attention. That's not my fault.

What sense would it make if my actions failed too? That would completely negate the roleblock. I KNEW my actions would go through, but I didn't think anyone else's would. I told you. I completely misunderstood my role PM.

I understand what you're saying, btw. That's just not something you think about when you're roleblocking someone. Like, your first thought would be "I'm going to roleblock and investigate him, in case he's lying." not "I'm either going to roleblock him OR investigate him, in case he's lying." It never crossed my mind that, because I roleblocked him, my investigation might fail.

Welp. We've come full circle now.
So, here's the sitch.
One claimed watcher, who didn't claim town.
One claimed Strong-Willed roleblocker and Vanilla Cop
Watcher claims to have visited Wgeurts last night and that no one else visited him.
Strong-Willed roleblocker claims to have roleblocked Wgeurts.
Here's how we deal with this. We lynch the weaker of the two claimed roles and, if that role flips town, we lynch the other tomorrow.
One of the two is lying. Analyze the situation carefully before you make your decision.
