I've never played with TiP, but considering Cabd's reaction, I can see that being his meta. However, it does open him up for some flak that a GF wouldn't want, so my stance on that stands.

Tippy wins games based upon "too dumb to be scum" so don't fall into the trap of townreading him that early. That said, yolohammers such as the one he did are alignment neutral for him.
