I understand that... maybe if you're on the small hood and you're scum you want to hardpost the game to oblivion but I think that isn't what happened.
initial push on krile and then the other spats were all more or less +town. I didn't catch a scummy vibe out of anything coming from osuka and he posted a whole lot by now.

I find the bulge voting firebringer just to go ahead and vote someone else a few posts later to be a little artificial
also I feel that firebringer is showing more real signs of understanding we're flipping inside the small hood than bulge, who sorta plays around it and 'i can do patchwork' etc posts

there hasnt been much effort from the the thread to sort you or firebringer compared to members of the large hood, so if we spend all day deciding who is scum in big hood and then switch to vote for small hood for the mechanical advantage, i see that leading to a lot of preassoc speculation based on what has been the bulk of the day's discussion

of course, the scum in the small hood dont wanna flip the small hood. of course, they'll try to argue for something else, as long as there's the opportunity for it. I think this is another tell that bulge recognises that its clearly beneficial for town to flip in small hood, so he acts around accordingly and doesn't show his hand, but he is always hinting at downplaying town's advantage here.
from his position this makes no sense even. he needs to be brutally sorting between FBer and osuka and he is just like arguing 'since we're not gonna talk about small hood lets just flip big hood'. I don't think that's the townie in the hood atm.

of course, the important part of what I'm quoting is the fact that bulge is arguing for flipping outside of small hood. 396 is not completely fine, it's a bad post because it's taking firebringer's 'lets talk about big hood but flip small hood' post and assuming that's what's going on in this game, which is not the case at all. it's then making an argument around it that may appear reasonable and provide an easy 'lets just flip the scummiest slot' solution, when that's also the worst possible thing we could do as town.
the most important thing that this and other posts from bulge denounce is that he is not actively hunting inside of the (you, fb) pool. that makes me feel like he is the scum between the 3 of you.

I think the way bulge is agreeing with your hood thoughts while simultaneously not following it through/wanting to flip patchwork instead/arguing we should lim in big hood with disingenuous reasoning makes me feel it's him.
I think the reasoning is disingenuous because you said something to the extent of 'lets focus on big hood and then flip in small hood', which led him to suggest 'lets just flip the scummiest player instead' cause hunting on the big hood will make up for a lot of associative hunting etc, which is fine, but we've been talking extensively about small hood players so it made no sense that bulge thought that was a real problem. I think that was opportunistically trying to sway the flip outside the small hood and that's a hard thing for me to ignore.
he's also not hunting inside a 50% pool, which I think denounces his mindset or something.

I do feel that osuka powerplaying the game is a possibility, but also it would be a counterintuitive way to play. I also feel that osuka's pushes align with a townie perception of the game, I can see what he is seeing for the most part (although I did not read the 1v1 with drew after figuring it's probably tvt so it doesnt really matter). right now, my small hood order of lim would be bulge, then probably you? but I don't see how you're scum either.
