I think my sense of detachment comes from the fact that this group of adventurers is eager to share stories about past exploits and fun that they've had together and talking about things that I can't really relate to? Scum!koba feels more akin to a swamp because they're so difficult to argue against, but if the aggression is there it's usually only directed in one place. For koba's first couple posts I saw the fireball-ness but it dropped off. I figured it was because of taking a different approach/possibly as a result of the hydra, but their posts since have been awful. I really don't think koba believed the push on isis, and resorting to language like "you're intentionally pushing anti-town mech" is much more swamp-like language than fireball-like language. There's no effort to make scum!isis scared, which is odd for town!koba when they haven't made up their mind yet. There are two reasons I can see to go with 3 to the dungeon instead of 2. One is what dunn mentioned, that keeping townies alive for longer leads to more potential for PRs. The other is that hitting 2 scum in a group of 4 is more likely that 2 scum in the group of 3. If there's scum in the group of 5 I'd much rather have the other scum be confirmed rather than having the option to go to the dungeon, and I'd rather kill 2 PoE townies than get a tracker shot. I still lean towards the 2 dungeon plan but it's close I think.

Their aggressive-feeling energy was very early in the first few pages and not in response to the isis mech plan.

i still think infinity top choice because of their very uncharitable reads on me that rely on being locked into a certain mindset that they are not willing to break out of,i really really really tried to see like a town motivation there, but I gave them the info, and it looks really hard because I know that what infinity is saying is not true.

like i had that "fireball" aggression in team mafia against her and she townread me for it sure - but i was SCUM there - so saying that that is my scum meta is ridiculous from infinity's POV. I was this way in Names on the List too before replacing out, in which i was participating in for the same number of IRL days as this, and they saw me as town.

but also rereading Black Flag - how did YOU feel when people were suspecting you for being less "aggressive" and knowing you were town? - think back to that. I'm in that position right now.

It's possible I just don't remember black flag well enough. Idk. My meta might not be perfect, but when the aggression has been a consistent marker of your towngame from what I've seen it still makes sense to SR you for not doing it even if you can do it as scum.
