Alt/hydra account activation problems? Post here!

Hi! I apparently registered on this website a long time ago but never played any games on it -- something I found out after trying to register again with a new account -- and this username is awfully embarrassing to my current self (it's a character from a children's book with a number at the end...), so I'd greatly prefer to play on the account I created more recently. I tried to register it as a main for the aforementioned reason, which might be why it continues to tell me it needs to be approved by an administrator when I try to log in from there.

The username used is Impoetic. Would someone mind activating it?
