Wandering the Nobles' district

Looks cool so far. I'm extending the same editing offer I gave Kerplunk to you. There's no issues with content, just a bit of grammatical tweaking I can see.

One idea would be to add in some selected Noble families' houses. This is the nobility, so there might be some of them living in the area who would be important enough that everyone knew where they lived. One thing to check with Dourgrim would be where the City government (mayor? king?) lives -- I think it's more likely to be in your area than the Civil District. If it is, it would have to be an entry.
