OK, if this doesn't need work, shut me down, but I want to generate 7-10 different sects and/or deities.

I like the idea that most of Amstaad believes in one god/goddess, but is split into groups that follow different deities (a hierarchical step below this god). Any thoughts? I'm sure I can add a group that doesn't follow the code of the universal Amstaad figure of worship.

Amstaadian mythology would look something like Greece's: a Zeus figure, with a counsel of lesser deities surrounding, each emphasizing a different aspect of life (the simple and practical, the magickal, luck, power, etc.) What aspects would you like these gods to personify? We could even draft (like the flora and fauna).

We'll tie these to the moons, as well. I think I'm seeing about 4 moons, and each group follows the patterns of 1-3 of these for guidance, divination, and so on.
