You're forgetting that ghosts have secret abilities - in particular, they may be able to make stealth or area attacks. And as autoload mentioned, ghosts probably do not have to be in the same room to make kills. I believe large groups will attract too much attention from the ghosts, especially if they know one or more of the priests are there.

I don't see why that would keep him from talking. I think it just limits his movements. It's likely he just haven't noticed day broke yet.

No, my test would've showed him to be a priest.

The armor may have stopped the attack, though. My weapon is enchanted and wouldn't do any damage if it wasn't enchanted. If khev armor is magic - as seems likely - then it might've stopped it. But he didn't have it until he searched. My attacked may have occurred before he found it.

I did attack Khel, and it did occur before I was yanked away. I hit him, but it was ineffective. In my mind, he is most likely innocent.

So, anyone else think Wizardcat has some sort of area attack for a ghostly ability.

I'm staying in the Library tonight. Anyone who;s thinking about doing the same should remember I got this damn bug that may be conld or could not be contagious.
