To the Minister-President of Austria-Hungary:

We have two points of shared interest in Serbia and Rumania. I believe that we could share Rumania (as neither of us wish to have it exclusively) and determine the fate of Serbia at a later date. As every single one of your four objectives are contested with another, and that other nations are not wishing for the fate of Serbia to be fixed, this is a far better idea than simply setting something out now.

Is there any penalty for allowing a nation to place PFs in my embassy?

How are points assigned at the end of the era (game)?

I don't have any conflicts with France or Germany, and I've already worked out the conflict with Britain.
