Spoiler: Werewolf: Swim to shore

Roll: 4
Werewolf decides to leave the old man to drown, and goes to shore. As he approaches the island, he looks up and nearly has a heart attack. Above the trees........

Spoiler: mist7676: Find something to clean my glasses with (rinse water off) while I wait for the others.

Roll: 1
Mist decides that he can't live with a few smudges of water on his glasses, so he picks a leaf off a nearby plant that looks kinda absorbent. Unforunately, Mist is not an expert in paleobotany, and the plant he picked it from just had to be poisonous. Now his hands are all puffed up, in severe pain, and to top it all off, his glasses have the shit on 'em too.

Mist recieves a -1 to all rolls that require manual dexterity for three turns. He also can't put on his glasses without infecting his face, so he loses a -1 on any rolls that require being able to see clearly until he rinses them.

Spoiler: brianj:board the life raft with the old man.

Roll: 1
brianj realizes that he can't swim with the old man all the way to shore, so he decides to get on the raft. He fails his dexterity check though, and as he's getting up, he slips on the wet surface and hits his and the old man's head on the side of the raft, cracking the old man's skull and disorienting himself. He does manage to keep a hand on the side of the raft though, and while the old man sinks to the bottom of the ocean, he's safe at least, although he has a shaky hold.

The old man is dead.

Spoiler: ribwich:combine the rifle and machete together to make a bayonet

Roll: 4
ribwich reaches over the side of the raft and grabs a chair from the wreckage, uses his machete to slice off a piece of cloth, then ties the machete to the rifle, creating a bayonet.

Spoiler: BB: Head to shore with the raft and everyone aboard it.

Roll: 2
BB decides to start paddling toward shore. She doesn't look behind her first though, and he gets hit by a huge wave from the back. She just barely manages to cling on, and so does everyone else, except for brianj, who lose his grip and gets lost under the wave. You see him resurface though. However, you were a little too busy keeping the raft from flipping to make it to the island.

Spoiler: WhenInRome: Apologize and get on the raft

Roll: 2
WhenInRome decides that even allying with the communists is better than dying, so he tries to get up on the raft. He succeeds, but everyone still thinks he's a douchebag.

WIR loses -1 on any rolls that require cooperating with others, permanently.

Meanwhile, werewolf sees something that nearly makes him drown. The trees must be almost thirty feet tall....... But there are heads sticking about above them by at least thirty more. Werewolf went through childhood just like everyone else, and after the shock wears off, he realizes something...... THOSE ARE FUCKING APATOSAURUSES. He just stands there, waist deep in water, wondering how the hell that's even possible.

Werewolf: Search for useful materials

Werewolf starts walking around on the shore when he trips over a big rick. Upon further investigation he realizes that the rock was really a switch. Werewolf steps on it. The Earth begins to shake and sand starts sinking. Suddenly a stair case leading down to a bunker is revealed.

mist7676: Clean my glasses with some of the water from the ocean

Mist decides to rinse off his glasses in the ocean. They're a little wet, but he can see well enough.

Mist is no longer receiving a penalty for his vision.

brianj:Swim to shore

Roll: 2
Brianj starts swimming to shore, when all of a sudden a wave picks him up, but as he gets closer to shore the wave gets larger, and by the time he is at the shore it is 5 feet tall, Brianj is suddenly thrown onto the shore by the wave, bug his head flies into a hollow log. Brian nor receives a -4 on anything involving seeing stuff untill he gets it off his head.

BB: Head to shore with the raft and everyone aboard it.

Roll: 4+2 from ribwich(we'll treat this as a five, since assistance shouldn't be a bad thing if both players succeeded on their roll)

ribwich:Assist in getting the raft to shore.

BB and ribwich work together and easily get to the shore in time. On the way, they see something of interest: a backpack. Inside, they find several children's nonfiction books. They're pretty wet, but still readable if you care.

WIR: Try to teleport to shore with powers that will be explained in a thrilling climax with lasers and raptors on hoverboards. After realizing I can't teleport, get on the raft

WhenInRome struggles trying to teleport but realizes he can't, at this point everyone thinks he more trouble than he's worth, so when he tries to get onto the raft, Ribwich kicks him back in the water. Ribwich is then swallowed by a Dino fish. WhenInRome is now dead.

On the way to the island, BB and ribwich of course see the same thing werewolf did, and have a similar reaction. You guys hear a rustling in the trees, as well as that hooting sound, from up close this time. You don't see anything though, except a dirt figure appearing out of the trees who is holding 5 teddy bears.(Jerbs)

BB heads toward the bunker, but as soon as she steps onto the first step she trips and falls... all the way down. she may have a few broken bones.

BB now receives a -1 on anything involving moving on her own for 2 turns.

Jerbs

: Look for stuff in the bunker
Roll: 5
Jerbs searches that bunker. And he succeeds. A lot. He just doesn't find anything, because nothing is there. However he seems to feel good about himself for searching.

Jerbs gets a +1 on next turn's action for satisfying the OCD part of his brain.

WW

: Harness my natural energy in preparation to kill the dinosaur
Roll: 6
WW get all his powers and energy harnessed, but suddenly he feels to powerful. His energy explodes, killing the dino, but also knocking WW out.

WW gets no action for the next turn, but he gets a +1 for anything involving being awesome from now on until he does something suckish.

brianj

: Casually retreat into the bunker as if nothing happened, backing away in normal speed and keeping eye contact as much as possible.
Roll: 5
This works. He is in the Bunker and the Dino is no longer pissed... because it has died.

Mist

: Run towards bunker screaming LAST ONE IN IS THE ROTTEN EGG!!
Roll: 2
Mist starts running but as he runs he drops his pencil. It is stepped on by BB.

Now mist is the rotten egg, and has a broken pencil.

Ribwich

: Try reasoning with the dinosaur. After realizing that it can't talk, run towards the bunker.
Roll: 3
Tries to talk with the Dino, but can't. Suddenly the Dino blows up and Rib is covered in Dino blood and guts.


As the sun starts to set you hear a distance raor mixed with loud screeches. It is now night. Have fun.
