I love how people are ignoring the potential for anonymous proposals in P[what one with the influence meter is, i forget]. It's completely possible they get 2 zones, 1 anonymous private zone, and another 2 and win. I don't see how we'll stop voting yay for them when we don't know who 'they' are. And besides, they need to propose 50 proposals excluding ITs being traded or other sources of ITs introduced later. I think there's a bit of a buffer there.

Not naming anyone should help push closer to a 'finish', I believe -- get us closer to a new game. Not naming also helps avoid any sort of bias, and allows the current players a somewhat even footing to slug it out to the very end.
