I only see two items that might have a good effect: the blue orb and the vase.

You sell ruby's for money. In every movie, you'll be punished if you take something that is worth lots of cash.
A blue orb contains power. This could be a good thing, but sometimes the power will control you. I'll be taking the chance for the good effects.
The carved stone is properly cursed... Everything with a strange language carved into it is cursed.
I have no idea what the vase could do.
Gut says the foot is bad.
Mummy head will come to life and bites you, not very good. You might get even a disease.
