I'd agree with Kloud, were I playing.

Also, that red liquid is obviously maylani's blood. /spirit guide, or something. Maybe a disembodied voice, perhaps coming from a hidden speaker. Or something.

It doesn't say how thick the tube is nor how high the ceiling is. Also, there is a lot of blood in the human body, did you know? It's being pumped into the tube, I'm thinking. Maybe sacrifices to keep the blood flowing so that the keys can be accessible later on will be needed. =^_^=
