So, as usual

Why? (Why not and because are not acceptable answers)

Also, do you enjoy rope? (If you know what I mean)

And Tar, congratulations on being awesome enough to invoke questions beyond that.

So, you play Magic, probably D&D, and probably other things. What I'm curious is about those other things. What are the things you would list as your own geekdoms/nerddoms, whatever you prefer?

Favorite anime?

When will Haruhi Suzumiya Mafia be done :P?

I can't think of anything else this late, but yeah!

TTGL Mafia is over. Going to mod Umineko No Naku Koro Ni Mafia. Pre-/ins, as always, are accepted.

Yes, but it's a bit low on the fetish totem pole for me... tsunderes
<3 tsunderes SO MUCH!

Serial Experiments Lain remains the only show I have watched in any medium where I didn't know what was going on (except that *something* was going on) for half the show. For that alone it gets my vote.
I need to rewatch that...

So, anyway, what is your criteria for determining something is a mind screw in any medium?

Favorite genre of music? (you already have bonus points for liking mostly instrumental :P)

What's so cool about early 20th century history? Science? Science Fiction?
