i like if it is toasted and then you put cream cheese and a bit of thinly sliced chilled meats on it and the mixture of temperature in the rather soft texture it's a really pleasant sensory experience in the mouth. really good use for leftover steak if you ever have any in the fridge...

spread cheam cheese in the place where you spread cream cheese
get some cooked steak from the fridge and thinly slice to place over the cream cheese
you probably want to do prep beforehand in the form of slicing the steak for optimal temperature variance

best eaten when the bagel is still hot but the cream cheese and steak are still cold
