Hi everyone, read through the game. So everything from the first 20-odd pages are useless, eh? Do we need me to claim my position ASAP?

Doesn't seem to be any downside to get us all in the right positions, so: I'm a goalie

And.. I would also like to point out that MoS is solidly pro-town for letting us in on what scum can do (pretty much nothing).
If MoS is scum and lying, first time something weird happens, we lynch him and win, and I don't think MoS is completely devoid of intelligence, therefore, he is town.

FoS TVZ
for nudging us a reminder that the mod could be pulling a stunt and kept MoS as scum.

Notice at the time of his post, the majority of us had not claimed yet. So he was in a position to give us bad info about his abilities as scum that might screw us or at least delay us to buy time for the other team to sort themselves out. He did not do this.

If he was lying then the first time something weird happens, we lynch him and win.

Also, I believe that people with prior positions revealed prior as scum are town,as two scum at one position means we will never be able to play at full strength. Therefore the other goalie (me) and whoever claims forward right wing are also town, barring a counterclaim, of course.

There are six positions, Left Foreword, Center, Right Foreword, Left Defence, Right Defense and Goalie. There are two players for each position on a team, and players may be switched around to play other position, but won't be as good in that position.
I'm Centre-Forward. Hence my desire not to be in goal, and my earlier comment that claiming positions is flawed because my position is not actually one that features on the field.
We have him.

nvm, center forward is just a center, watched/played too much basketball recently. Thought center/forward were mutually exclusive.

Goalie: Capricious
Right Defence: Shanba/MoS
Left Defence: Flameaxe
Center: TVZ/Jdodge
Right Forward: None
Left Forward: Lowell

I would like to understand how there are 11 players on the team, but there are two players for each position.

We need a replacement to claim before we go on.

replacement claim

send in lineup of most pro-towners, namely, the person in a solo position, and MoS, the double agent.

If we score, keep lineup

If don't score or get scored on, shuffle. Simple.

yes, but everything is a percentage, he's not 100%, I guess, he could be scum deciding to tell us what scum can do when he could've made us make suboptimal moves.

Primate wrote:Hullo Cap. Diggin' the enthusiasm. You can be goal today.

Also, so people are aware of my lineup, Caps in goal, we have a mos/shanba shuffle, I don't think we have a third right forward, but I'm going to put panzer up there anyway cause hell why not. Much as I appreciate you trying, don't presently believe it's possible to figure out alignments from posting.
Have you sent in a line-up, Primate?

The game is already completely biased towards the other team.

We can't lynch Flameaxe, he's our only left back, no? It would be pretty screwed up to have had randomized the last scum to be a solo position player, thereby reducing our chance to win to ~0.0.%.

I am understanding this to mean that they didn't get a shot off. i.e. our defense is superb. How do the mechanics work? Do we have control of the puck this day?

Does anyone have a plan? We don't know anything about what the shuffling has accomplished, except that we didn't score a goal, which could mean anything. It's looking like all that will happen is no goal on every possession.
