OK, I think I have a big part on the whole thing. After this, you'll probably think I'm scum, but I let this out, so please believe me.

I'm an auto mechanic. I guess my role is kind of mad at the high society people in this town, so if they come in for repairs, he makes a bigger damage to the car. Someone named Mrs. Walsh (i'm wondering if this is a typo, should be Walch) came in and asked for a repair, but I did the same thing and put a tiny hole in the air conditioner fluid tank.

I'm a townie, but I have a special one time power that I can use. More on that If I get close to being lynched.

What implications might this have re: Yosarian and scotmany12, if any?

That's a very simplistic, and quite possibly scummy gameview.

The Yos vs. Scot argument is necessary and good, however, there are too many possibilities for framing, and interlocking storylines for us to really be sure of their significance at this point. Scot appears very earnest and sincere, and I believe Yosarian, too.

The lack of serious competing wagons is impeding progress and making actual scum hunting very difficult.

Looking at the data, it's possible that he was out for an hour between 8:14 and 9:13 pm. But he does give a false illusion of being too busy to post. In addition, he never re-read the game as promised.

In these two short posts, there are four attempts to deceive. Two short statements designed to give the illusion of being busy (while being exceedingly active as Flameaxe), and two more short statements promising "catching up later" and doing a "reread" - both of which were never delivered.

I predict that Mike will attempt to lurk his way out of this wagon or become purposely disruptive. He will not try to help the town finding scum.

Eh, Mike is an alt of Flame, but he was on vacation during the time that he did not post. I am in two games with flameaxe so I can vouch for that. As for why he posted in this game later than the others, I don't really have an answer to that. Priority maybe? Honestly, I don't believe you can accuse him of lurking just by looking at his posts from one day.

When The Jester and I exposed Mike O'Malley/Flameaxe, I thought it was a bit of a test.

If Mike O'Malley/Flameaxe was town, I would have expected his activity to pick up in earnest.

If Mike O'Malley/Flameaxe was scum, I would have expected him to behave like a spoiled brat caught scumbag.

I can't be 100% that he would behave as I predicted under the two different alignments, but he did react like a spoiled brat scumbag, and it convinced me that not only this was an Alt created for the purposes of lurking to end game, but that in this game, he was scum again, got caught, and frustration got the best of him, explaining his petulant response and subsequent disappearance.

You may interpret it differently, but that's how I see it.

Mike is no ordinary lurker. It is an Alt of Flameaxe, a player that posts several times per day, every day. The account was set for the purpose of lurking un-noticed.

In Worse Idea Mafia, as my scumbuddy, he lurked his way to endgame and victory.

Now, you may argue, his chances of being scum in this game are the same as anyone, and his alignment was decided after he signed up with his lurker account.

What clinches it, is his reaction we he got caught.

He OMGUS'd, sulked, and never came back. His plan, which was to lurk to victory as scum (do townies ever strive to lurk to victory?), was foiled. Being caught meant that he would be unable to lurkersneak a victory on an unsuspecting town like he did in Worse Idea, and that obviously burned him.

If he was town, I believe he would have behaved completely differently when caught. I don't know how, but throwing a hissy fit and slamming the door doesn't come to mind.

Guardian makes a super-convincing, airtight case against a krap player.

armlx resists and resists and resists, and argues endlessly with Guardian.

I think Guardian is town. I don't believe a scumbag would tunnel-vision on a player that is no threat to the scum and can be easily be neutralized during the day, and that no one listens to anyway.

So we have town Guardian, who unlike Rosso, is a good, active, reliable and logical player, going after Rosso like a pit bull starved of red meat for a week.

What's armlx-scum to do? OF COURSE, he discredits Guardian, because he knows Guardian will look terrible tomorrow having pursued a townie lynch relentlessly, and he himself will look like a fresh posy of daisies for having called Guardian on it and tried to stop the lynch.

Only a scumbag 100% safe in the knowledge that both Guardian and Rosso Carne are town, would behave the way armlx is.

What townie in his right mind would defend a lousy, and super-scummy player like Rosso, when a totally credible and justified case has been made on him? No townie would do what armlx is doing.

I apologize, I've been crazy busy, it's been insane, I've been reading my games but my posts are pretty much one-liners.

But I'll tell you this.

I'm beginning to believe that we have quite a few information gathering roles.

Last night I checked out Mike O'Malley's replacement, and got an innocent. He died, and I found out that he was in fact GUILTY. I had also checked out GreasySpot and got an innocent (I defended him a bit after that, that's the reason why, so now you know). I'm beginning to think that I may be looking for one player, on account of my flavor. I don't want to say what the flavor is, but it's not cop, let's say it's a professional, like psychiatrist. It's not psychiatrist, but something else that leads me to believe I am not going to be finding mafia.

I am not adovcating flavor based lynches. Yos's claim was that his investigation on someone who killed a NPC (flavor). THAT was a lynched based on flavor. these are investigation about ACTUAL people. Everyone seems to be coming forward with "guilties", "bad", "evil", etc...Beep was the first that is claiming to have found an innocent...which actually was guilty...I have been getting scum vibes from GS as well as Guardian (though most have been from Guardian)..however, I could be wrong and would be willing to lynch GS based on Beep Beep's claim, but also from my own vibe off him.

But I repeat, I am not a cop. Just like we have a guy reading mails... I'm a professional of sorts... my current theory is not that I am insane, that would make no sense with the flavor. All the claims so far have been confusing. That's the reason that I have come forward with my own claim, so we get more information, and because I am beginning to believe that we work in "player pairs." Yos was after scot, we've had a lyncher, and I now believe that I am looking for a single player, not scum. I think that's an important piece of the puzzle.

I find several things wrong with the above.

(1) If there is in fact more than one scumgroup, how would Dizzy know even if she were scum? She may realize there is a SK or a vig, but she'd be in the dark about another scumgroup as much as the rest of us. Thus a "slip" is NOT BELIEVABLE. I don't think it's a real slip.

(2) You suppose that if there are two scumgroups, that one scumgroup must be all over Dizzy's wagon and you chide the players that aren't on it. That's WIFOM at its best. Players that vote Dizzy are from the "other scumgroup" and players that don't vote Dizzy are Dizzy's buddies? Great way to paint absolutely every as scum, but I love the way you single out Guardian and myself, and to a lesser extent Jester and neko.

(3) I happen to think your begging to be investigated is FAR SCUMMIER than Dizzy's non-slip.

(4) Interestingly you are not voting Dizzy!!! You are deciding who is scum and who isn't according to is voting Dizzy and who isn't, and you keep your vote on Jester? Isn't that mega-hypocritical?

All in all, it shows that you really aren't paying attention, you're not thinking, you're not looking for scum. You're doing nothing but muck racking in order for some of your accusations to stick and be convenient tomorrow.

Porochaz Mike O' Malley is consistent with a vig kill or at least a town-friendly SK. The single kill is consistent with a vig kill.
Dizzy was pinned by at least once competing mafia member (Alabaska/GS). There should be one Conspiracy mafia member left, I doubt they'd BOTH be on the Dizzy wagon. Players that did not vote Dizzy were skitzer and Guardian (I am not counting myself, knowing my own alignment, draw your own conlusions). I would say that makes skitzer red-shit mafia.

Red-shirt mafia (2 members left presumably) Alabaska was threatening The Jester and skitzer the most. Mostly The Jester. Jester and skitzer both red-shirt candidates.
Conspiracy mafia (1 member left presumably) One of Guardian, skitzer because they refrained from voting along with Alabaska.

I speculate that The Jester and/or skitzer may be part of the two red-shirt mafia. Greater probability for The Jester. I would have to believe that The Jester bus'ed Dizzy or that skitzer didn't bus Dizzy.
