ok i went back and read the first few pages and found that if Nocmen's PR is that his name must be said before he can post liek normal that he has violated it on at least 2 occassions just in the first few pages. Also, if that isn't his PR then whoever confirmed knowing about the PR (dont remember which player did that) is aligned with and in communication with Nocmen.

Oddly enough, not everyone who agrees with you is always scum -- and scum are usually smart enough not to obviously link too early. Well, one of the NPCs that was killed Night 0 was a time traveler... so I'm a little iffy about another time related role.
