If this does end up multiball I'll be taking a huge look at Feu because that is not something I would be automatic to assume in any game (and would make me probably have to change my approach e.g.: townhunting less effective etc.)

I come from a site in which every large game is multiball, except for one that I ran and got flak for having only one scumteam in. I learned to naturally assume games have multiple scumteams and/or a SK/"Wolf", and while MafiaScum does discourage that line of thought, I still wouldn't say the majority of larges here have only one scum faction.

To be fair, now that I'm thinking about it Desp's last Large Normal game did have only a Mafia faction. :/

You have over 500 posts, so you may have already done this, but do you have an analysis of your wagon composition? Like who is voting you and why, and your opinion on it? I'll go back and look for that, but if you can link it it would save time.

I have several in my ISO, but I'll just retype and add reasons here.

1) Venmar - Parked scum, can't say a word that doesn't involve Titus. Claimed scum in the first post. I know people hate that read but it's obvious. He "happens" to vote the neighborhood with the most powerful ability randomly thus preventing town from getting it. His defense was "sorry me derp". Common sense says that if town have a chat, so do scum. Scum knew which hood had what ability and where. I've been asked to find a useful Venmar post by someone. It has yet to happen.
2) Nero Cain - Strong scum lean. There are moments where I doubt this. However, his total flip flopiness regarding my wagon. Starts as policy, keeps it forever. Then I'm scum. Then I'm policy. Then I'm scummy policy. He's going with whatever's popular.
3) ika - Strong town, almost certainly town. He's doing his usual trolly shit. He usually doesn't have such narrow focus on me but he usually just lurks as scum. Him being active at all is a usual towntell.
4) Speaker for the Dead - Scum with Feu. She had a horrible push on Weapon X. It was fine and somewhat townie if we suppose Mollie has no knowledge of the comics. (Pushing Aronis for claiming an experiment rather than a mutant). Yet, Mollie's insisting she did. Plus, there's the link that suggests Feu has known for days about Mollie/Muffin obfuscating. Why would a hydra feel the need to LIE about who was posting as which head and when? It's one thing to take meta out of the equation (be anonymous), it's quite another to send town down rabbit holes.
5) ULF - Weak town. He's town partially by PoE and not really seeing anything scummy here. His vote appears to be a deadline vote.
6) Snowstorm - Scum lying about being a beloved princess. He should be predicted as a nightkill tonight.
7) Macaronis and Cheese - Strongish townread: Scum had bad pushes. He's aggressive and sees all sides of the puzzle before voting. I liked his responses when Mollie pushed him. He's voting me cuz deadline.
8) Eek - Town. He pushed me early implying a supersaint, which I ignored because of Occam's Razor and a supersaint could only be scum here. Once he understood, he backed up, re-evalutated and saw me as town. Given the fact the lynch was swinging in favor of me, I don't see any reason why scum!Eek would do that. He was voting me because of the deadline.

This plus vcs plus hood is what you need to read.

I am a major pusher of the Titus wagon because they are not town. The push us for a Meta reason but yet say they don't use Meta. They also push us because Marquis apparently knew about Mollie/Muffin faking posts before anyone else did but Marquis has a logical progression of thinking that has been explained. They have pushed Venmar because they RVS voted at the very beginning of the game and they still hold on to the notion that Venmar has to be scum because Venmar can't be that stupid. Titus has refused to even reconsider a single scum read she has. All she does is just add to her plethora of scum reads and screams how town she is.

Nero is also a pusher and thinks Titus is scum and says it is a Utility lynch. At worst Titus is distracting spamming town that needs to go for the game to get anywhere from this point forward.

It's obv that this isn't a normal game, but we are not 100% close to getting a third ach, but we have been robbed of the third one for the third time this game. This one is the easiest for town to get if they work together.

Really conflicted on ETL (surprise!). Her read progression on the hood is weird.
Like N2 she was ready to have my ass for the AP thing, and she just dropped it with no explanation to push on Eek who she had no semblance of scumread on before and wouldn't explain what happened.

We CC'd AP in our QT which is what drove Bork to that lynch.

We killed Majiffy D1 and told the thread we were going to do so but they decided to be dense as hell and not see that I claimed vig without saying the words. I am Vig.

there's a lot of stuff that practically confirms us as town (crumbs, majiffy flip, fakeclaiming the second vig is like asking for a lynch as scum, etc) yet people are so content to only look at the circumstantial (track potentially getting fucked with/lying)

all i see is a lot of "but what if......... then he's scum! my theoretical and far-fetched scenario completely validates my already established and biased thoughts!"

if you and certain other people could take the "OMG WEIRD RESULT" blinders off that would be fucking fantastic and maybe we could actually get around to lynching real scum, i.e. toog who has done absolutely nothing town this whole game yet we gave him a pass up until now when it's all "OMG SAVIOR <3".

I am X-Man, 1-Shot Redirecting Gunsmith. I can use my power each night, but as soon as it's successful, I lose it. Each Night, I choose two targets, the second of which cannot be in my hood. If the first target has a gun and is performing a killing action that evening, I will redirect their shot to the second target.

This is my problem with Toog. I have never heard or or seen a 1-shot role that only takes the shot away if successful.

I also don't quite understand the whole can't be in their hood thing. If the role is true it feels more like a scum nerf for a role to ensure they can't just take out almost half the Neighborhood in one night.

SKOT needs to be prodded or (preferably) replaced himself. He has less posts than Molla who replaced in at almost 200 pages, and Desperado has almost as many posts, and Desp isn't even doing vote counts that frequently. He's single-handedly holding up the game at this point.

Eek's posts just deserve pats on the head and a lollipop hand-off, maybe even a little scratching behind the ears and a "good boy." He's not instrumental in today's play since he's neither involved in the Toog-Feu-Snow love triangle, nor is he a necessity on the lynch, so I've just been largely ignoring his posts.

Other than that, I have nothing else I think needs commenting on until the flip happens, unless someone wants more specific information from me that I'm willing to divulge.

Scenario #1: Feu is lying, Toog is lying, and Feu is a role that visited two targets, killing neither of them
Hey guess what: Eek's assertion that we 'know for a fact Feu shot someone' is not a fact at all. You know when it becomes fact? When Toog flips town. Feu could have visited two targets (not killing either of them) and if Feu is a bus driver (one of the most common two target roles AND one that would have a reason to visit ETL) someone on his team could have shot at Venmar, killing ETL and circumventing any possible protection on ETL. If Feu flips scum, Toog is demonstrably lying. None of this is remotely improbable. There are a ways Toog could have known what Feu was doing in advance - if there are two scum in my hood, and Toog is also scum, he knew about Feu's claim already, whether he was scum with or against Feu. It's wonderfully convenient this just happened on the night Feu had planned to shoot again.

Not to mention without the track, Toog and Feu's stuff is internally consistent and doesn't require anyone to necessarily be lying. This track threw a wrench into a plan.

So let me get your theory straight.

1. I am a bus driver.
2. I thought ETL would be protected so I targeted both ETL/Venmar so that my teammate could shoot at Venmar and actually kill ETL?
Didn't explain why I would want ETL dead especially when I was "pretending" to scum read them and Eek last night.

Toog's claim makes no sense what so ever. I don't think they ever explained why they chose me either. I have never heard of a 1-shot role with more than 1 shot. How is redirecting a kill even remotely town sounding? let alone the fact that they can't redirect it into their own neighborhood.
Then there is a fact that it would once again be another way to find scum besides the track. The track is a little harder to use but have two ways to find scum seems a little much. We have 2 vigs so it could be used for false positives but the track does the same thing if the person is tracked to the kill. It doesn't even compliment tracker.

If Toog flips anything but what they claim to be I have to be scum because ETL died and BBmolla didn't. BBmolla couldn't have protected themselves and they didn't Jailkeep me so where did my kill go?

Explain to me why as Red scum or any scum for that matter I would help get sensor? If you thought me town obviously I would have to be on the wagon of clearing town which would then show there was at least 1 scum on the wagon. We would then lynch through the wagon until we found scum. It would be an automatic death for me if we got sensor and I was on the wagon. Actually Sensor means automatic death for at least 1 scum person regardless of if they are on the wagon or not because there is the chance all town would be on the sensored wagon and then it would be game over.


I have been the epitome of town yet here we are trying to lynch me. I propose we lynch Toog first and go from there. Their lynch gives us just as much information as mine does yet it preserves a useful town PR. Toog, if telling the truth, is no longer useful. My flip does effect the likely hood of Toog being scum but their flip affects the likely hood of my alignment.

Toog is the way to go.
