Giving the short version

There is a chance, although remote, that Eek is town and Feu was pitting us against each other rather than being Eek's buddy. Feu'snon responses to my arguments made that clear. A big deal has been made about me wanting to see Marquis troll. I explain why. He plugs ears and just yells the meta is wrong, I'm obvtown. That's total shit. He's not obvtown. Brian and Bork are obvtown.

Eek has been doing this same song and dance which I am the only one who doesn't seem to get. Light bulbs are going off for everyone but me. If I am voting scum an we're in the best strategic posotion, what is their to be gained by unvoting? The risk of Feu unvoting? That does nothing. Everyone says Feu scum would be obvious. Well, immediately after the Eek wagon dissolves, Feu asks if Eek still wants to go through with the plan (literally asks for an excuse not to bus)? How many scumread Feu for this despite my predictions...that's right....maybe Eek who is still chiding me. Anyway, I agree that I would be willing yo unvote, if Brian or Bork was front and be whatever position necessary...isn't interesting then the wagon dissolves. If I immediately unvoted, I would be chided for cooperating with a scumread. No matter what I did, that wagon was planned to dissolve.

Quick version of my scum read on Titus will do long version later.

Titus is not pushing things well and is constantly just screaming I am Town listen to me. Not to mention their push on Venmar makes no sense what so ever to me. Lastly and majorly is their push on Marquis. They straight up refuse to listen to any sort of logic about why Marquis wouldn't troll. Trolling is normally anti-town imo but here it would be equivalent to out right just disrupting any of the town people from getting anything done especially towards the objectives. I have also only seen Marquis troll when in the Doduo hydra.(not sure what Meta Titus brought up earlier but I didn't look at it because it said Newbie and I discredit all Newbie games as Meta anything because Newbie games have a completely different feel and dynamic about them than any other games on the site) Then there is the fact that the game started out of thread in the neighborhoods so there was already a serious feel to it. Trolling would have just been asinine.

Titus is tunneling our slot but doesn't seem to mention us for people they want lynched for the day. They always mention Eek and Venmar. Not the people who they are screaming from high heavens is scum. When it comes to us they say: "When I flip town they will be obvious scum." If they were so convinced we are scum why not vote us?

1. Titus seems to believe as town they are a godsend. If this were to be true then their logic would be easy to follow. It is not easy to follow here. They find the littlest things and just harp on the relentlessly. This is a scum tell because scum have to do everything they can to get a mislynch and they have to find the littlest things to push them with.

2. This is a scum tell because most of their posts are just that. Screaming that they are town and should be listened too. It doesn't come off as genuine town frustration but scum frustration that they can't get a single person to listen to the convuluted reasons to scum-read people. They also can't back down though because that would be a scum claim because apparently Town Titus tunnels people to death.

3.There should at least be some sort of followable logic in their push on Venmar but I don't see it. I classify their push their just like the push on Marquis based on nothing but tells that aren't real.

4. Titus thinks that town Marquis should troll in every game or else they are scum. They don't care the situation or the circumstances they just want Marquis to troll.

5. Why would town scream and shout about how scum I am but yet not vote me? It is Titus being able to later come back to once again push my mislynch. c) thinking titus probably knew about the supersaint crumbs (thinking about it now, she was the first to name it in our neighborhood so she did pick up on it as some point), how she reacted to eek is very scummy too. when eek wants her to hammer, she immediately goes on the defensive.

she pushes aside all of eek's posts about being okay with being the lynch, and just yells over and over that eek is trying to derail the wagon on him. doesn't make sense because that would be completely obvious. titus is scum and her only option at this point was just to paint eek as scum, hoping people wouldn't listen to him and want her to hammer too

3) suddenly, after eek shifts suspicion away from titus and onto me in our neighborhood, titus magically starts working with eek on my wagon as if eek's a good townread and not just someone whose lynch and wagon she was screaming for earlier

tl;dr - titus is scum and the main reason for this is her scum-survivalism-through-fake-ignorance (includes "why does it make a difference if i hammer you" at least 10 times) regarding eek's "hammer me" bit, and titus is not dumb/inexperienced enough to not recognize such an obvious supersaint crumb

notsci just came back from a break from the site. i don't know if that was enough time to change meta, and i might just be paranoid about this, but lately i've been thinking "what if somehow since he's come back he's been more able to play comfortably as scum".

ftr though bork and i both noticed this happen earlier on, not only early yesterday when muffin hydraslipped with a ~mollie signature but also when muffin was talking to metal sonic saying at least once a few days ago he was fucking quoting mollie's old, old posts word. for. word. in discussion with metal in order to pretend to be mollie.

being nice and simple: the idea that it was only at 2 am today that i noticed the impersonation is wrong. you are probably right that it was the first time i actually wrote it down, unless i've managed to forget too, but the idea that at 2 am thursday i decided to look through those mid-wednesday posts for the first time and it was then that i first knew about the impersonation is incorrect. it was the post before mine at 2 am that pushed me over the brink to finally call them out on that shit because at the time i thought muffin was impersonating mollie again because mollie was asleep and muffin wasn't and the repeated use of "cos" even though that is what mollie uses it felt suspicious seeing it used that much (shortly after that i learned mollie was not asleep and kind of facepalmed at myself for jumping to conclusions but then i thought about it more and i have been back and forth on determining who wrote that post and even right now i still can't tell who it was and it's still really annoying.)

but again, we are humoring titus, no? i hope you are humoring her with me majiffy because if that vote is for reals you might have to die too

so even if i had noticed the impersonation at 2 am today or not, either way i had time to think about it between then and 10 am:

I have had a problem with the Jean Grey and the Weapon X claims because paranoia. Both of this people actually leave the X-Men group at some point and go venture out and become mercenaries. The are hired by the Human High Council, a group I think is likely to be in the game, so their loyalty can come into question.

I am not hung up on Emma. I said if the Human High Council is in the game I would expect Emma to be in it. She is a Mutant who had her powers taken away from her. As such since she is an ex-mutant she would be able to "blend-in" with the rest of us.

Now, I can tell those arguments come from scum because Jiffy seems better than that, the way he's making the push denotes a much more experienced and smart player than the contents of the push. I am frustrated with the lack of communication regarding replacements and their effect upon the deadline.
I am also frustrated that the interaction dynamics are stale as fuck right now because we're in such a holding pattern; it is demoralizing the game and you can see it with the posting rate having crawled to a halt in the past few days.

I understand the objectives but at this point it is highly unlikely we are going to get any of them unless we lynched Eek which isn't going to happen. Waiting for the subs is just going to create apathy and make people lazier. The activity has already died down at this point and if we wait much longer I am sure it will die down even more.

re-read the neighborhood. i specifically said myself that we were NOT going to claim the sensor so any scum not in the neighborhood wouldn't be aware of it and be able to get around it because the best part of a sensor is the element of relative surprise.

Secondly the very idea of me trolling in this game in particular is something I feel like I've had to throw back in your face over and over again. When you have the chance to get potentially the best town power available in any game through simply policy lynching and predicting policy lynches within the first 24 hours, as well as keeping your votes controlled, don't fucking expect me to be like -some- people and throw it away for a bit of fun.

Trying to reduce my whole town play style to "trolling and useless all day every day" and repeatedly just asking for me to troll is not something I can see you doing as town.

You know me better than that, and right now you're scum reducing my image to a simple and easily mislynchable caricature of myself.

We were just talking earlier about the multiple possible scumgroups in the X-Men and Age of Apocalypse universe. You can't honestly tell me that between that flavor and almost 30 people in this game, there's only a single scumteam.
