This points to both PV and kanye being town, I think. Also we see the Empking wagon was HIGHLY scum-motivated. What's more interesting to me, though, is the pie wagon. Belisarius playing as the distant scum makes sense the more I think about it--I really don't think that the pie wagon had absolutely no scum on it.
