Sure. It's a False Dilemma. The link points to a recent case where scum used a very similar line of thinking to try and discredit me in a game.

That's true. I suppose the notable part that strikes me is the "scum or stupid" part, which sets up red flags for me.

I just don't buy the overwhelmingness of people's inclinations towards Max, as I could easily conceive of him being town as scum. I'm much happier with a Twito lynch, as I see him as most likely to be scum.

Are you arguing that Twito is not making scummy plays? I suspect the opposite of what you state is true.
