Side-note: In the original PRM, drippinggoofball purposely chose an unreadable restriction extremely similar to Mert's, and she was scum.

Nope. I think voting Mert because of what DGB did is stupid. And the mod chose the restriction, not Mert.

I thought that in this game we can ask for restrictions if we want more posts? So those who ask for it will have a disability, and those who don't won't.

Not sure what to think of RC's comment. He seems to some weird post every game, and I can never tell if he's serious.

I was thinking of doing so, but I wanted to see what the disablities were first.

Because it's starting to sound like this game will center around discussion of disabilities-cum-post restrictions. It's okay to discuss how are those with disabilities going to communicate, but it's irrelevant to discuss how many people want disabilities (Yep, I'm one of the guilty ones.)

ChannelDelibird wrote:Spectrumvoid - isn't it a bit much to say that the game is going to centre around discussion of disabilities? The point (excuse the pun) of this game is still to find mafia among us. Not talk about how hard it is to do that.
Exactly my point. We should start discussing how to find mafia, not talk about how hard it is. (re: disabilities.) But I'm actually pretty satisfied cos now we've gotten somewhere.

Side-note: sprained my ankle, will use abbreviations and short posts only cos it hurts to sit up.

It's weird that you post scummy-sounding questions to get discussion going. And it did because we can discuss your Qs, not our As.

I'm leaning more towards the side of Sherlock being a confused townie. He's newbie, so I cut him a little slack. Also, it's a little wifomish but that's such bad play.

Axelrod: you accuse Sefer of being condescending, while sounding so arrogant yourself. But I'm glad you're dropping this... it doesn't seem to make any sense.

I'm currently of the opinion that scum might be lurking waiting for townies to battle it out. I can't really explain why, but I don't think it's a staged scum fight due to the tone of the posts.

Mos: I disagree. I'm a handful of months old and I've seen quite a few.

It's hard to tell exactly why, but I see 2 people nit-picking details to squabble over. It's a general feeling, like if a scum is fighting with a pro-town, the tone won't be the same as it is now. (Like I said, it's a 'feeling' thing... gah.) The mistakes each of them are accusing the other of making are also minor mistakes.

Sefer: Nope, I don't find it scummy to discuss things in detail. Some really good players do it a lot.

Clarification: I meant 'staged' as in scum are pretending to fight with each other, not as in they agreed to fight at night.

I remember now... we were discussing something about whether it was scummy to talk about how to work around a PR. Unfortunately, I can't remember who was accusing who or whatever.

Hm... for me it totally depends on why I'm following the person, and who is the person. However, it is true that Sefer has been echoing. But this game was so dead I don't really think this is scum-tell, it's more like a way to get this game going again.

My standard post for all games:
I'm finally back after a horribly long absence. I was having some weird problems on MS.net logging in and posting (I was posting from the future), read the 2 threads devoted to my problems in the help forum for details. Thanks to those who have alerted people to my problems. I'll respond to everything tomorrow.

Not very keen on this one, but I'll play if we're still going on. Reason being we haven't really gotten into the game, and I think we need too many replacements.

How about if we start this game fresh? As in you post a thread in the queue forum, giving priority to existing people who still I want to play? I actually wanted to see this one play out, but I couldn't find enough energy to stumble on.
