Scanning through UN's VC counts one thing that struck me was that the BBMolla wagon looked like a scum redirection to the SpyreX wagon. Could be wrong but call was unwilling to lynch SpyreX even with a massive wagon on him. Will look through call's ISO to see if he was simply whiteknighting him. I think it suggests BB is town though. Makes me wonder about PV, Staeg and Trollie.

Petapan because it seems convenient that he has started to play an active-lead-town game now that Amrun and UN are gone, and in NY 152 he did just that as scum. Towards endgame he started to make himself look superpro towny and lead everyone through lynches, scum and all, until he took the win. He played a pretty mean scumgame. I'm afraid he could be trying a similar thing here, so just watch him. Also the fact that all the people he wants to lynch are basically popular lynch options bugs me. That's like 'hey guys, like me and stuff because I agree with everyone in the majority!'

Could yesterdays kill be a simple choice of someone we weren't willing to lynch to try and WIFOM us into thinking peta is scum? I mean, after what I said it kind of would make sense. With Zdenek flipping scum it has me even more worried this is a repeat scenario of NY 152, but peta should definitely not be killed just yet. I'm even more uncormfortable though having him in lylo, if it were to come to it.

why do rhinox, imagine and SL deaths point to an older player scum? Is there any scum already dead that might fit this bill (though obviously not for SL I guess).

I think Trevor is right and Deltawave should full claim at this stage, though I know pretty much nothing about angels.

Let me see if I understand this correctly:

(1) if his lynch is redirected then that indicates DW is town since that would mean he has angel partners (and he wouldn't have to out them)
(2) if his lynch isn't redirected and DW is scum... we lynch scum

The problem I find with this is there's no point in testing (1) right now. I would agree maybe if there were fewer people alive, but there's 21 alive. There's still plenty of time to wait out and see if an angel gets nightkilled or has to claim later on to prove (1) without having to waste a redirect.

We should be focusing our efforts on lynching scum. Period. If you think DW is scum then go ahead, but if you're only voting him to confirm what could easily be confirmed naturally over the course of the game then just stop.

What worries me is that the angels get at least two redirects, as Delta has already done one (Kairyuu's) and is threatening another. He also says the other 'angels' which suggests there are at least two more.

This means between them, the angels have a total of 5 redirects remaining MINIMUM, if not more, so no, it's definitely not too early to be discussing this stuff.

1. I've been pretty much ignoring this game in its entirety and prod-dodging the whole time. That's because I don't give a fuck about this game and I'm only in it because I made a deal with myko. That alone pretty much confirms my town meta.

Furthermore, this game's mechanics are such that the best way to stay alive would be to stay under the radar. If nobody on the scum team thinks you're a threat, it naturally means the scum won't kill you, and vice versa. This logic also partly holds true for towns as a whole, in that we tend to want to lynch someone we have strong feelings about. That logic dominates the current meta, and provides opportunities for the scum to effectively control the entire game.

PEdit: Nobody really wanted to lynch Delta except for possibly TeCh, and I even have doubts about him. I agree; let's move on.

I acutally don't think theam scumslipped with the 'last scum' comment; at first I did, but the numbers wouldn't add up. I actually thought there would be roughly 8 scum or 9 scum in this game, 7 to 8 if one was an angel; but the maths doesn't add up.

In a minigame you have 3 scum to 10 town. That's just under a quarter scum. We could even extend this number to 1/5, if we wanted.

That would mean at least 10 scum in this game, if we were being liberal about it; and likely more. The lowest it could possibly be would be 9, and I think that would have to be with two scum angels.

I get the feeling, however, that this whole game is just VT's, goons, mimes and three angels. Otherwise PR's would have done a lot more by now - outed scum, etc. And yes, this is me claiming VT, but it just seems more than obvious to me at this stage of the game that there is basically no PR's other than the angels. While I somewhat agree with both MoS and peta's reasoning about the remaining angels, I am leaning towards the angels being town, simply due to the lack of other PR's. That, or we still have like five or six scum left, and I think we've pretty much lost the game if that is the case anyway.

Obvious question though: How do the mimes factor into the scumnumbers? Are mimes essentially half the strength of a goon, in terms of setup?

Anyway, I'm willing to trust red on this one that theam is scum, but if he flips town PLEASE can we kill funky already.

That is indeed not a scumslip, but if myk added more than 9 scumteam members to this game I'm going to murder him, simply because you can control a lynch by piling all 10 votes on anyone.

I don't really agree with that analysis. a scumteam of 10 would be hardpressed to constantly do this, without reasoning. Town would quickly pick up on what was going on and quicklynch all the scums to death. Like, if I was in a scumteam of 10 in a game of 50, I would being staying away from that mafia wagon shit for sure.
