Indeed, I strongly agree with the above.

I'm not entirely sure why you think a guy who was barely posting in this game at all would do something useful, let alone claiming.

Also, why would I know the Passive ability, which is confirmed by chesskid (unless you think the mod would be stupid enough to make a mafia member who couldn't kill).
