Vig Lover makes sense only if Ani did not choose a particular role name (which he claims he didn't). Otherwise, the odds of both Christopher Robin and Winnie the Pooh being in the same game would be reason enough to lynch Ani for crafting a claim which doesn't make sense by the fundamental nature of the game. So, the ball is in manho's court to clear Ani name-wise, at the very least.

Honestly though, claiming a love partner was stupid. Let your lover claim if need be, but Mafuyu doesn't get why you outed your lover, especially when you as a claimed vig would possibly receive doc benefits and such to survive the night. It doesn't add up, especially when JUST LAST PAGE you said you would absolutely not reveal your lover.

Mafuyu doesn't see the immediate or long-term benefits of manho claiming Survivor Lover over attempting to patch up Ani's crappy wincon claim. In doing so, he's essentially kicking Ani to the curb (instead of kicking reason to the curb =P), which by their mutual claim would mean that....manho dies. And thus they both lose. Thus...not playing to claimed wincon.

Something is up. Mafuyu was contemplating Lyncher, but manho's string of posts don't really indicate that. Thoughts?

Agree with Sera. The third-party lovers might have to be handled sequentially, and Mafuyu knows of far too many Winnie the Pooh characters to want to have to knock them ALL out. The amount of kill-proofing that's been shown around these two also reduces the likelihood of them being anywhere close to being town in win condition. Mafuyu has also never seen a lover pair where one holds all the role power, so the fact that manho is 'just' claiming Survivor is odd, whereas Ani is Vig-but-with-some-sort-of-uber-protection-if-he-doesn't-vig. That doesn't make all that much sense.

Mafuyu doesn't really see the 'both will die' scenario. If that's the case, it would have been a much better move to simply keep mum as to who Ani's partner would be. In doing so, Ani takes all the heat while scum picks off not-Ani players, which gives a much better likelihood of the pair surviving. Outing themselves means that manho (who is presumably Ani's immunity-maker at this stage) is now a very large and distinct target. Ergo, no double-kill, but likely just a power-strip or immunity-strip of some kind.

@AniNinja: Then why did he out himself? As Mafuyu explains in this post, that was stupid when you could have just taken the heat for at least 2-3 phases. Something isn't adding up.

Hm. Here is a question then: does the altered flavor of the latest dummy-kill mean anything significant? For one, it occurred in the 'Morning Phase', as opposed to the standard Day/Night phases. In addition, Mafuyu doesn't know the origin of the latest name-reveal, and wouldn't mind if someone that did know could drop what it came from.

Mafuyu would more quickly reason that it's an open question as to if town requires actual deaths before they expand their search off of someone that's been part of a lynch set for the last two days (with a supposed NK attempt as well). Which would be odd, as more nights would theoretically mean more townPR attempts to procure information.

Here is a better question: why is Ani and Manho intentionally drawing attention to them? Mafuyu says intentional because Ani's claim is that Manho will protect so long as Ani does not kill. This does not compute, because it leads to what is essentially the easiest win scenario for a survivor: being completely immune until town and scum off themselves to the point where they by default overpower both sides. So, they're lying. Ani hasn't even gone as far as to entertain the notion of DROPPING the immunity to actually try to kill anyone (presumably), which means that he's not Town. Yet, being that the case, as well as the knowledge that A. almost everyone has a good idea from previous Ani experience as to what he's likely to choose, B. He is prone to being lynched by, for the lack of a better term, 'destiny' in every game he's in, it seems odd that he's pulling THIS much attention, this soon, and with this kind of tenacity.
