I figure finding herbs in the forest is easier than stealing a medical kit from a hospital without getting sent to jail. I dunno, I guess I'm just weird. Also it seems that if you are a powerrole cop (not just a town) you might get better resolts from looking out your window and crime busting stuff like that. Keep in mind we all don't have guns so that leads to us not really know how they work or how they shoot, thus it would be really hard for me to shoot a guy close range with a gun I have never shot before. It seems to me that the most logical thing for the mafia to do is have one person do a kill on one person each or something similar (maximize kills).
