I have first taken my role on face value, as it is in the movie, in which case I still think I should be sane. However, MeMe could be messing with my mind and warping it (the role that is).

Alright, I'll mention my role name. Maybe someone else can make more sense of it, and that should outweigh any possible advantage of scum claiming my role name at a later stage (which is not that likely anyway).

. Because I know the book by heart, I know every single character through and through. I get to check on one every night and will learn whether they are for or against the town.

On face value, I should be a regular cop. The only twist I can think of is that MeMe has decided that I am getting senile, which could make me a paranoid, insane or even random cop.

I also think it is better to disclose the second player whom I found to be against the town. Worse case I reveal an innocent, best case I reveal scum before I die. I will decide on that later in this 'day'.

DP has now led two attacks on two different people, without confirming his sanity, and is now attempting to use the lynching to "get more info" for his own role? This is preposterous. I might be able to wave my fingers and have some suspension of disbelief if it was a new player doing this, but DP is an experienced player who should know that he's more useful in a big game if he keeps his mouth shut a couple of days to determine if he's actually helpful to the town.

Yes. Please read back a few pages by now I guess where I stated WHY I came out in round 1:

1. because I thought that in contrast to the rest of you Leonidas WOULD pick up that I'm a cop and kill me at night;
2. because I saw no reason to doubt the sanity of Grandpa - in the movie he's quite sane.

This is NOT a standard roles mafia, where you have to determine whther you are sane or not. In a Themed Game, you usually have a feeling whether you are a sane cop or not.

I only started to get doubts when

1) Leonidas proved his no-lynch capability
2) I found another scumbag in night 2 (verrrrry lucky)

I woiuld advice the town later to go back and look which players have advocated to lynch me if I am wrong.

The first point I have addressed before (if you really want, I can even dig up the post). No reason to alert mafia in round 1 by directly voting for them. I did my usual random thing to throw mafia off my possible trail, and jumped on the opportunity to pick out Leo from a bunch of non-posters.
Secondly, OF COURSE Leo would not post what you want him to post if he's scum. "Hey look here people, there's a guy who keeps his vote on me, and I think it's because he's a cop!" Doh!
When I'm mafia or SK, I pay extra attention to posts of people who vote for me - and that can give a clue whether they are voting for a good reason or not. In this game for the rest of the town, I'm just one of many players voting for someone (with a small s) - they tend to pay less atttention. Leo is a too clever and experienced mafia player to risk that he did NOT pick this up from my posts. I sure as hell would have picked it up.
