From the looks of things, the two-headed pairings have only one night action between them.
Also,
Because I can...
So, you are saying that there are no town/town match-ups?Santos wrote:Well, considering I listed all the possibilities of these pairings there is definitely a point in going for a lynch, however, it may cost us the game if we lynch two townies. Adversely, lynching two scum in one hit would grossly overpower the town. I just don't see town/town or scum/scum being a possibility in this game or else the game ends QUICKLY; wanting the day to end quickly is scummy.
Good lord, I hate meta-analyzing.julienvonwolfe wrote:Is it this?
I confess that I'm not sure what to think of URoE. I've been playing with him in another, ongoing game and he's a difficult player to read. My general view of him that I got from the last game is that he isn't really a cautious player, so he's acting a bit differently in this game.Raging Rabbit wrote:The original vote was for suggesting no lynch, which isn't much but is better than a random lynch for my money. I then noted many others are swayed by this line of thinking, so it's even less of a scumtell for UR to suggest it. I read UR in isolation and realized he was very tentative about the whole thing, and seemed to want to throw the idea around just to gauge the town's reaction (and hopefully quietly sway everyone to no lynch) without really putting his foot down is support of the idea, so other more vocal supporters would take the fire. He also ignored my couter-arguments to his suggestion in favor of calling Santos' defense of the no lynch idea moronic. This is why I'm voting him now. His last post gives me bad vibes as well, feels overly cautious. Like he's subtly doing everything he can to avoid the negative attention resulting in his association with the no-lynch plan.kmd wrote: And you are on UROE for specifics, not just because he suggested the no lynch, correct?
(This answers FL's question as well).
Then again, he's suggesting a no-lynch. This is normally a bad thing, but given the risk of lynching not just one, but two townies - it might be OK. Caution in suggesting such an idea is understandable.
Thus, I'm not prepared to vote for him yet. I don't know what my partner thinks.
No, a lynch and a no-lynch are very different in my eyes.Raging Rabbit wrote:Do you usually only vote for people when you're sure their lynch is going to happen?UR wrote:@RR
I'm fine with being associated with the thought of a no-lynch, but there is no point putting my vote there (Although, I guess it would be better than just setting it on a random person or not voting at all) if it wasn't going to happen.

Mafia quick no-lynch (I'd rather lynch with no discussion than no-lynch with no discussion), remember, you're other head might be scum...Raging Rabbit wrote:In this particurlar instance, how exactly?UR wrote:It can be.
Because that is most likely what it is...ShadowGirl wrote:Why does this seem to me like scum trying to instill WIFOM?Santos wrote:Furthermore, if we fail in a lynch today (no lynch, or town lynch) scum will probably NK UR which will make it a great reason to have me lynched by saying I now have a personal vendetta against UR; I don't.
If we hit scum, then, well, you know...hurray!
They had the most votes at the time of posting, I believe...ShadowGirl wrote:I didn't realize the both of you were close to lynch. Seems a little bit like you're a little too concerned for self-preservation.ort wrote:Shame it took Kmd to make essentially the same arguments as me but in more detail to get his wagon off the ground, but it needs more votes before an incompetent town mislynches the pair of me and increasingly obv-town Empking.
I do however agree with you that Narsis doesn't seem to be producing any original ideas.
My mind isn't quite in tune with this game at moment - I need to do a small reread and see exactly who I want to vote for.
Wow,Slicey wrote:hmm...I'm trying to find the right words for it. It is difficult for me to explain.populartajo wrote: Posts like this really make me hate the Slicey lynch.
But Im interested in something, why do you think EMmpking is most likely town?
It's because I feel distance between ort and Empking. It feels like Ort is trying so hard to distance himself from Emp and his usual scumminess. I just don't feel like ort would do that so blatantly with his scummate. Basically, I feel that Emp is town because I feel so strongly that ort is scum and that he's trying to distance himself from Emp in order to avoid getting lynched not because of his actions, but from Emp's.
I hope that makes sense. >_>
Ugh, I'm having such a hard time reading KMD. >___>
Also looked back and saw UROE's vote on me had pretty terrible reasoning. I don't think it means much though because I feel he's town.
What?Kmd4390 wrote:UROE, that need to be posted in thread why exactly?
It's fairly obvious, if you can come to conclusions based on in-thread material, so can scum, now don't be stupid.Kmd4390 wrote:Don't tell the scum who you think the power roles are. This is mafia, you aren't the mod, quit telling me what I can and can't do.
I just want to point out that he agrees with me here on my "latest posts" (I said smart scum would realize it, and so did he) and then calls me scum for my "latest posts" on the very next page...Slicey wrote:If scum is smart, they would realize it. Also, we better lynch Santos tomorrow.
Why wouldn't scum post that?populartajo wrote:Scum wouldnt post this. Specially since Slicey isnt that experienced.Slicey wrote:Well, it looks like I'm going to be lynched. Do me a favor and get rid of Santos, will ya? He isn't going to do anything the entire game. >_>
Also, I'm gonna bet right now that ort and Narsis are scum. I personally wouldn't be surprised if UROE is scum after his latest comments, but I still think he's town.
The rules say that we could apply for a deadline extension. Considering Scope is neglecting us like hell I think its appropriate.
That, in itself, is WIFOM, case stands.populartajo wrote:Think about Slicey and think about his behaviour all this game. Considering SG said essentially the same thing I did, I'll answer this, too.Kmd4390 wrote:Do you think that only scum generate WIFOM?ShadowGirl wrote:Seems you're generating some WIFOM of your own, Tajo.populartajo wrote:Even though we are facing different situation and obv different players, I would like a not ongoing game to comment with more freedom.UnofficialRulerOfEveryone wrote:I am willing to argue that point, see ongoing-NG 707.
