sorry for my recent absence. after i made my point of view on no lynches known i didn't really have anything else to say and then my weekends tend to get really busy.

to be honest: not really. maybe i need to re-read or something. the thing is whenever i try to do any sort of mass post with my thoughts on things people always find ways to either shrug it off or make it look scummy on me. so considering that most people don't listen to me when i actually do say something, or when i do say something it somehow ends up making things worse for me...i tend not to post until later days or someone directs a question or some other sort of accusation at me.

now if you would like i guess i could go through and give my thoughts, but it will end up being a pretty long post.

also, why are we talking about how many games he's played? to me, it doesn't matter how many games you've played. you could play 20 and still be considered a noob in my books. you could have played none before and be considered and expert. it's all about the play, not how much you've played.

yes he did not need to claim, however he only claimed a regular old townie. imo, everyone auto-claims townie, even if they haven't said anything. basiclaly, it can be assumed that said player has said he is a regular townie, until he otherwise claims.

hmm...to be honest i'm not sure who to vote for. i find Santos kind of distracting. that's not something i see as very townie like. besides Slicey's contradiction and early claim i don't really see him as scum either. empking is being well...empking, although ort is giving me a wierd vibe, especially this post:

if empking really is scum and you are town you should be more then willing to sacrifice yourself for the town. even so, empking is just being empking.

without the two-headed thing my vote would most definitly go to Santos. however, with the two heads...i'm feeling a little more inclined towards an Ort/Emp lynch.

i disagree. it is only day 1. to be honest, i find myself constantly surprised with what mafia do in a game. it wouldn't surprise me one bit if Slicey or Santos are scum. even so, my gut does place Slicey more in the town category. as for Empking, well I do know of the scummy meta ort brings up so to be honest i don't see much of a reason to kill him.

now ort, I will let you in on a little secret: i haven't voted for you yet. i've always made a point of putting my vote where my mouth is. so obviously, i don't find you scummy enough to deserve a vote...yet.

to be honest, this two-headed thing is messing with me. normally on day 1, i'm all for lynching whoever i find scummiest. the thing is, the people i do see as more deserving of lynch happen to be connected to people i would rather see live.

now to be honest i'm not liking the play of my other head. he's being a little too lurkish.

Slicey also appear to be just as wishy-washy. I don't really like the WIFOM arguement around Slicey at the moment. Acting defeatist is neither a scumtell nor a towntell in my opinion.

The whole point in not quicklynching is to get discussion. We weren't going to get that yesterday, so quicklynching was fine. Also, convincing people with a case wasn't going to happen. I personally voted Santos as a policy lynch. Everyone was pretty much ok with lynching him. We couldn't get a real read on him. And if he was town, he wasn't helping. I was fine with lynching him and lynching him quickly.
