Claims are how I would handle it...

For the lynches, I won't vote for a bandwagon (Me personally, not my other head.) unless both of the players are scummy, the fact is, we are "moving through old games we may have missed", so I doubt we will be two-headed for more than today and maybe tonight. The thing is, nothing is overly sure on D1, so lynching someone we truly think is scum may be bad if they are attached to a good pro-town player.

The simple fact is, if we really want to speculate on the setup, it might be better to go into night and hope we are de-double-headed and we end up with 9 tomorrow, instead of 7 (Or in the case of staying double-headed, 8 and 6 respectively.) because I doubt that scum are paired together, we would only have 1 shot at scum, and we would have 3/4 deaths.

Well, considering I listed all the possibilities of these pairings there is definitely a point in going for a lynch, however, it may cost us the game if we lynch two townies. Adversely, lynching two scum in one hit would grossly overpower the town. I just don't see town/town or scum/scum being a possibility in this game or else the game ends QUICKLY; wanting the day to end quickly is scummy.

Self-Voting talk is useless, I find it painfully obvious that ortolan was merely joking (We are still in the Random Voting stage, you know.) and that ShadowGirl also didn't understand that his vote was changed by Empking, which is why he re-voted himself (Or actually, Empking, who happens to be part of him...).

The original vote was for suggesting no lynch, which isn't much but is better than a random lynch for my money. I then noted many others are swayed by this line of thinking, so it's even less of a scumtell for UR to suggest it. I read UR in isolation and realized he was very tentative about the whole thing, and seemed to want to throw the idea around just to gauge the town's reaction (and hopefully quietly sway everyone to no lynch) without really putting his foot down is support of the idea, so other more vocal supporters would take the fire. He also ignored my couter-arguments to his suggestion in favor of calling Santos' defense of the no lynch idea moronic. This is why I'm voting him now. His last post gives me bad vibes as well, feels overly cautious. Like he's subtly doing everything he can to avoid the negative attention resulting in his association with the no-lynch plan.

I confess that I'm not sure what to think of URoE. I've been playing with him in another, ongoing game and he's a difficult player to read. My general view of him that I got from the last game is that he isn't really a cautious player, so he's acting a bit differently in this game.

Then again, he's suggesting a no-lynch. This is normally a bad thing, but given the risk of lynching not just one, but two townies - it might be OK. Caution in suggesting such an idea is understandable.

Thus, I'm not prepared to vote for him yet. I don't know what my partner thinks.

In the game you are talking about, I was a replacement, I have stated in that game that I play differently as a replacement and I will say it here. I'm not saying meta shouldn't be used, but scum tries to play like they would if they were a townie, so it just doesn't seem to be the reliable choice.

Also, on that subject, yes, I play differently if I replace. I don't think you can say you don't, considering, as scum, you have to stay consistent with your predecessor, also, you have to explain their actions, etc. There is a LOT different from playing in a game from the beginning and starting in the game.

Well, I want Santos lynched...

He has completely lacked content for most of the game, and when he has it has been very little, worse than that, though, he has been following you (BSG) pretty blindly, not to mention the fact that he has asked some pretty terrible questions, including the question directed at Slicey that was basically "Do you know your partner is town?" which he, as town, should know that we don't, and that not even scum would be sure of their partner's alignment due to the possibility of an SK or other anti-town group.

However, I feel reluctant to vote because you (BSG) have been fairly helpful to the town throughout the game.

So, basically, I don't like Santos, but I feel Slicey/Ani is the better lynch right now.

It's because I feel distance between ort and Empking. It feels like Ort is trying so hard to distance himself from Emp and his usual scumminess. I just don't feel like ort would do that so blatantly with his scummate. Basically, I feel that Emp is town because I feel so strongly that ort is scum and that he's trying to distance himself from Emp in order to avoid getting lynched not because of his actions, but from Emp's.

I voted poptajo, seemed like the best choice to me, pretty townie D1 and recognized my intentions D2.

(Yesterday) I voted FL (And then Narsis) for dropping the L-1 on Santos so quickly (Before everyone "chimed in"), it was worse for Narsis, though, because he should have recognized not to drop an L-1 after someone else had ALREADY made that mistake.
