Treasurer: I think both LLD + Herta are town with around the same level of certainty - I think LLD is more likely to fool me than Herta but I think she's just town here. I would lean LLD over Herta for Treasurer because I think she's much better at scumhunting than Herta
Sheriff: I think Datisi/Ausuka are both scummy and I'm willing to recommend Enchant here over both of them. Also forcing the scum to shoot Enchant is just funny and pro-town
Mayor: I recommend myself, if I can't get myself to be mayor I would recommend SleepyKrew because I don't think a scum team ever sends Scum!SleepyKrew to an election with TownPooky and TownGuiltyLion. I dont trust GuiltyLion yet - that whole line of talk with Ausuka/Datisi felt fake af to me

Incidentally, that’s why I’m pretty strongly reading pooky as town. I think he knew what he was doing and was trying to convince scum they should try to fuck the election, to up the odds we caught them doing it. I cottoned on to this a little bit late to help bait the trap bc a full on reversal would have been counterproductive by making scum suspicious of the reasoning.

And of Auskuka, UNOwen, Enchant and SK, they all vote together and 3/4 of them are likely going to be PRs despite none of them being consensus town reads. I'd like to think that's telling.

I'm baffled by the Enchant and SK votes, I do not believe someone can earnestly say they have a townread on either of those players with any realistic degree of confidence

(this is an open invitation for people who voted for these players to show me what I'm missing and why I should townread them)

I am weirded out by Datisi/Ausuka's engagement with each other. I don't think either of them is really trying to sort the other and that's strange to me so I don't want to trust either of them with the sheriff position.

I think Datisi tends to tryhard in small settings where he needs to show his towniness - see small group in D&C and him in hoods - he was even townie in house of the dragon when he was trying to infiltrate the townbloc

here he's just kind of taking it easy and stuff and its >??? to me. I know expectations i have for him are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH and thats unfair probly.

i hope he shows me i'm just wrong in this phase of the game where we can actually vote people

I think Bingle is probably the best person at mech on the entire site and he enjoys solving mech optimal play for town regardless of his alignment. [as in he will literally as scum point out the best way for town to play optimally

I have given up on reading him because I've been basically wrong on him every time I have ever remembered reading him.

earlier this game, i took another look at the large normal where she was scum and i didn't really find that she was quick to concede or yield as she has been this game

ok but the only way this meta read would make sense if you can even do meta off one game is if you saw how she handled an early push in that game and it was "to not yield/concede"

and like was she even pushed early?

I don't see a single vote on her except a vote from VPB on D1 and a vote from Nero Cain on D4, so where would scum!her even have had to handle a push on her slot?

I stopped pushing her as soon as she ate'd and just nope'd out of this thread to give her space to do whatever she wants to do. I am happy to keep doing that if you think she's actually becoming more readable but I'm not sure she is.

it's a different mindset. she's had arguments with other players that game, she actually stood her ground and tried to convince people of her own worldview. it was unapologetic. this play is different
