One might even be tempted to suggest that scum in this situation would attack someone whose personality they dislike rather than develop genuine reads that go deeper than the surface owo

before i embark on reviewing the slot i just want to remind myself that i find freedom to be generally strange but i think that's a personality trait

e.g. when he interacted with me a bunch and kept pursuing interacting with me about seemingly unimportant things i was clearly not interested in when most people would have dropped it

i need to not let that cloud my judgement

now that this slot's alignment is extremely important, it's... hard not to squint at this a little.

seems kinda town indicative but i know to take dumbtells with a grain of salt. he said later this was "partly based on the details of his role" which we now know to be leader and im not really sure how that follows.
In post 417, Charloux wrote:So my wagon looks like this:
Frozen Angel, Something_Smart, Titus, Mistyx, Datisi, Kitty, Norweigan.

FA is obvtown imo;
SS didn't show as much passion as FA, but is always keeping an open mind for other things which is a town mindset.
I don't understand Titus vote on me. It feels more like an OMGUS rather than a scumread. The setup itself makes her really unlikely to be scum.
Kitty's vote seems too opportunistic, just hopped on the biggest wagon quoting a random post and affirming that i'm scum.

Mistyx, Datisi, Norweigan; What is even your goal with my wagon? Do you want me to explain my thought process for yesterday? Claim all my role details?
Explain my theory in detail? Do you want to get me to L-1 and act shocked when someone hammers?
plz never accuse me of doing VCA, but it doesn't escape me that this wagon is entirely town sans the unknown Norwegian slot which can't be partnered with this slot.

seems like maybe a townie frustration to have? but maybe scum could be annoyed that a townie keeps making their effortful pocket attempts fruitless.

he uses emotions as an excuse for his actions kind of a lot.

i think / are probably the type of post that led me to my initial townread on this player. it's also a theory that has been sticking with me for a long time, though at this point i suppose i know for a fact that one of the leaders was scum. which means i don't have to ask questions about kittytacky's death anymore, assuming both slots were actively occupied at the time. (reminder to self to check on this)

this is a goofy attempt at psychology, but i tend to think that scum putting effort into interacting with a partner ( / ) don't want to hide their effort in a spoiler tag. I wonder if Alisae would post 768 to a partner out of frustration. That's probably in character for them imo. likewise seeing norwe 772 in here reminds me of how good their theater would have to be. maybe his inclusion of Val into the post prevents it from being too on the nose to be scum.

i do not like at all. What I dislike even more is the fact that he gets from calling KittyTacky jester-like rather than scum is that he gets from there to half-assedly pushing KittyTacky in without KittyTacky making a single post in between. Sounds a bit like scum frustrated their easy lim isn't going anywhere.

i'm not sure how he got from having alisae as a town lean in the 700s to having them as scum in . also, catboi scum and dann town seems kind of wack after .

mildly challenging to imagine a scum leader posting . similar goes for their claim in that the ceremony provides a 1-shot bp.... wait, no, i guess that was supposed to be providing a theory that COULD have been true? (source: ). not sure why any alignment would be interested in discussing a theory they know to be untrue tbh
In post 1966, Charloux wrote:I think we need a change of perspective.
Apart from kitty and T3, who do you feel is scummy?
@A
why is this directed to i assume alisae. is this an effort to redirect the conversation away from t3

i think im realizing that some part of me really wants to bigbrain this slot being scum and feel like a genius for saving the game but in reality my force of will cannot change the color of the role PMs

their T3 vote might as well be blank, doesn't tell me anything
In post 2555, Charloux wrote:[snip]
If we need info we should flip Alisae, she is the eye of the storm of a lot of stuff that happened this game.
Kitty is still scummy, but his posting is consistent which i find harder to do as scum. He also never had a "moment of clarity" so can't call him faking it either. [snip]
townpost? it's even followed up with an alisae vote, which i think is probably town in the situation, but maybe he could have just wanted to partake in the mutual weird ass interactions the team was doing. what scum unvotes their lurker partner to push a partner who's doing pretty well??

hmm. i've just noticed that charloux subbed out shortly after alisae/catboi did. still kinda wondering if that scum pt turned into a toxicsplosion of some kind.

- i would have thought from freedom's posting style that he would be more of an optimal player than this suggests

my god the exchanges with me about "not being able to understand" charloux's votes and also asking me random questions for no reason are still so magnificently bizarre i just can't even

idk if i have any more here the things freedom chooses to post about are just kind of generally confusing to me

what if i felt so lost that i became the devil i have always railed against and started coloring in vote counts in order to come to entirely random conclusions

Though, I think that Junko's a better elimination because her catchup felt like she had an agenda.

From your pov, the last scum is always a leader. Something that evenly applies to both furtive and freedom.
I guess I wasn't buying that just knowing that slot had a power was enough reason given its proximity to being eliminated
