Natirasha is a good choice to be our next shooter. I think a minimum of discussion should take place, after which lurkers should start getting killed off randomly.

Also, I am in full support of trying to make this the largest game ever with zero replacements.

It's possible that either (or indeed, both) of Query and iamausername is a Goon, if Niv is Naive. Given the nature of Niv's results, Niv cannot be an insane cop, but he can be naive. We need to determine if it's likely.

The above post assumes that by "insane" you mean "gives opposite results all the time" rather than "doesn't always give correct results".

...is OMGUSy, anti-town and seems like the attitude of someone whose sole interest is self-preservation. Xtoxm's behaviour seems like a desperate attempt to keep the kill off him at all costs, which is just what I'd expect from a lone scum with his back against the wall.

Considering the volatility of Xtoxm, I personally think that the killer should be

whoever gets the chance to first

. In an ideal world, I'd get one of the lurkers to do it, because, even if they're town, I don't trust someone who hasn't been actively involved in the game to make a well informed choice at endgame.

As for who shouldn't be killed, I think forbiddanlight should stay alive, as circumstances seem to suggest that she's somewhat more likely to be town. This could, of course, be counterbalanced by scummy behaviour in the future, but we'll have to wait and see.

• If town gets killed, then there are a number of possibilities, depending on just who was shot, and who did the shooting.
  • If a 24 shoots a 24...
    • ...and the scum is the last 24, he'll NK a 48 and win the game.
    • ...and the scum is a 48, he'll...
      • ...kill the final 24 and force a three way shootout between Xtoxm, myself and today's shooter, in which the two Townies are trying to shoot first
        and
        shoot scum.
      • ...kill a 48, and leave the endgame choice to the last 24 alive.
  • If a 24 shoots a 48...
    • ...and the scum is a 24, he'll NK the other 24 and win the game.
    • ...and the scum is a 48, he'll NK one of the 24s and leave the endgame choice to the other 24.

Bear in mind that a 24 becomes a 48 immediately after shooting, and I've assumed that a 24 will shoot today.

As may have been apparent already, if town shoots town today, and scum has only shot once, it's game over. In short, if one of {M4yhem, chenhsi, EA} is scum, they

must

shoot or, preferably, be shot, or else they win...

M4yhem and EA have both expressed the desire to see a dead Xtoxm, but chenhsi doesn't seem to have shown any strong suspicions. This concerns me somewhat. So much so that, for now, I think chenhsi should be the shooter.
