Can we all chill and stop whispering to each other so early? There's plenty of info yet to be gained, and you may need to use your whispers more efficiently later on the day, plus whatever you are "secretly sharing" now can't be all that high-value yet for several reasons: (a) reads change, and you may regret having told X what you told them already, (b) There's a bloody CULT RECRUITER in this game, and you could very well be talking to them or one of their early recruits (in fact, if I was the CL I'd pay special attention to who whispered to whom and decide in my target(S) accordingly), and (c) you are also denying us -the majority- a chance to either learn something or debate about it, i.e, you are killing the game pace.

In short, if you

really

want to say something to a specific player/slot; just write it down on a note and save it for later. Otherwise, say what you want to say to the crowd.

Mate, I always think outside the box. Let's say we have a Hider (obviously that's NOT a claim or a crumb, because if I was I would have just shut up and went on with my plan without having to needlessly draw attention to my slot)..

So, this Hider would want to tell 2-3 people whom they're targeting, rather than crumbing it for the whole thread.

Now imagine they sent those 3 whispers out, and then decided to change their mind and picked another target. They'd need 3 more whispers to notify the 3 slots they confided in of the change.

I'm sure other can think of more scenarios where it maybe beneficial to hold on to your whispers for sometime, be that for outed PRs to organize their night action privately, or to pass on some vital info scum need not know about.. etc.

But judging by the responses in here (you & chemist, as I didn't read beyond those) and the two whispers I received (ObvScum & Korina) I believe my talk will fall on deaf ears, so... *Shrug*

- The game started with X players (officially 21, but the mod & the comod are playing, and there's always a chance someone else from the "Important People" list could be also playing, so using X is more convenient than using 21)

- X > 23 (at least 24 playing slots including the mod & the comod, and the jury (who obviously are voteless, but still have a mechanical role))

- Let's say Scum are Y

- So that chance of any given slot being Scum would have been Y/X at the start of the game. That's the average chance.

- But Korina is confirmed Cult (thus not group Scum).
- Also Insomnia flipped a Townie
- I know I am Town myself (you don't have to take that into account yourself. Instead, use your own slot if you are Town)

- This means the chance of any slot (not me, not Insomnia and not Korina) being Scum is Y/(X-3)

I've purposefully avoided the mod pt so as to not taint my judgment for the associate I'm playing for (one of the caveats of my existence therein is that I don't give my associate too much game-related information from my obviously pointed view). I'm simply going off of the information given from flips. Doesn't really seem like too many of those come from an anti-town sort of win condition is all.

If we trust Rayth (I do) we have at least 2 Mafia deaths already. I suspect we also lynched a cult member somewhere (I'll keep my reasoning/logic about this to myself for now)

With ObvScum being conf!Scum I now have the evidence that dreaminglich is indeed a Mafioso, which is something I suspected was true but didn't have proof of.

P.S. Yes. Dead Jurists will still retain their place (and vote) in the Jury PT. Not even death can prevent you from serving your jury duty.

I have just proposed that we put dreaminglich in trial, but I am afraid the Jury may have too many non-town players by now it may backfire. I am not exposing the other Jurists, so you only know I, Korina & ObvScum are members, and this point I am only confident of 2 others (other than myself) that are Town today.

We lynch dreaminglich here and keep the Jury trial option as a last resort. NO TOWN JURIST should actually cote for the initiation of the trial of dreaminglich just yet.
