Except he wasnt lurking. He was active, then disappeared. That's different than lurking (not that I condone lurking...). To me it's like a kid getting upset and taking his ball and going home.

Basically (to meta-meta-game) I feel like theres a bigger pride issue that goes on when one is scum and facing an early lynch than when one is town. A townie can blame the lynch on the badness of others (and being vindicated posthumously) whereas a scum has to deal with the smug town that caught him. So hence the disappearing.

I honestly don't know what I'm supposed to do here.

Two things, non-parallel and not necessarily related:

1) I do NOT think we have a realistic chance of getting a majority on any scum at this point. If it's true that there are 5 scum left, we'll need literally everyone (including oman) to lynch one. Even with 4, we'll need all but one. Because of this, I'm tempted to just leave the game in Oman's hands (as dumb as that sounds). Let him pick someone he thinks is scum, and we agree to vote for that person.

2) On the other hand, obviously, I don't really get this claim. Someone tell me what I should do with this info (pretend that you're town when you answer). What I dont' get is why Oman wouldnt just cast a damn vote for... ANYONE... and be done with it, if his role is what he says it is. So there's that.

Outing the Vig is a terrible idea (even if the vig has been, uh... bad), though I dont' think Diz is scummy for bringing it up (she seems genuine). Oman is not the lynch for obvious reasons, and I'm not the lynch for the same reasons I wasn't yesterday.

For awhile I was reading diz as town, but her actions lately seem to be of a scum willing to be a bit more brazen in her actions now that it's clear so many people aren't really paying attention at all.
