• First of all, I made an error - reinoe's vote on TSO in Q1 was the third vote on the wagon, not the first.
  
• I noticed this error because of something interesting -
  out of all his nine votes, reinoe never voted a wagon without two votes already on it
  . That smells of scum looking to help viable wagons without having to start them.
  
• I'm not sure how I feel with TWIE's day-long votepark. He asked a lot of questions and gave a lot of content, but there's no indication of him wanting to use his vote.
  
• Mirhawk and TSO also went a long time without voting, but contrary to TWIE, they do continually reinforce their votes.

Nothing else jumps out at me right now. But in accordance with point 2,

Ony my second re-read I decided to start looking for players who were actively pushing, antagonizing or goading lynchies from the sidelines. Mirhawk stood out in that regard.
