here's how I'm looking for scumreads:
ArcAngel > mozamis > IaI > PeregrineV > AJ the Epic

ArcAngel:
Two main posts you should look at from Arc Angel are #1378 and #1490. #1378 is scummy as hell because it's AA trying to avoid calling someone scum (notice how in her catchup the only slot she called scum was this one, and it was only a slight scum read). AA states this is because this is because she feels it wouldn't be fair for her to vote in the current game discussion, but you can glance through all of her other games and you see she is fine with voting in her games even when she's lurking (like in Meta Playstyle Mafia), except when she's scum. Whoops.
Arc's vote in #1490 is not scummy because she is trying to shuffle responsibility off for her vote. It is scummy because she only makes the vote after Vifam votes Majiffy; at the start of the day, she had an opportunity to vote Majiffy, doesn't vote him. She only switches over when she sees that she won't be the only one voting him.
In a more general sense, she is defending but not scumhunting. She is buddying hard and not calling anyone scum. She's been posting fluff and not looking for scum at all. This is not the town ArcAngel I know and love.

Dreams of Grandeur, why is zabriel a town read for you?

The strongest point for my town read on zab is how he feels. Zabiano Domingo Rodriguez is someone that I ended up going after as scum a lot during a marathon binge because he rarely put much effort into defending himself as town, and that's pretty much what we're dealing with here. The shit-talking is also something that I doubt we'll see zab doing a lot as scum; being the scum you wouldn't mind losing against is how I'd expect zab to play, and that's not really what he's doing here at all.

first, that MattP suspicion you love so much. believe it or not, it's not an unpopular suspicion. You have that suspicion, and clearly are willing to back it up. ActionDan has that suspicion, and he's willing to back it up. This MattP shit has only surfaced from AJ recently. Do you know what suspicions he's had before that? The Underachievers. That's a pretty popular suspicion, no? And his wallpost against MattP... it isn't exactly full of beautiful, beautiful insight. It's full of him attacking MattP for being antitown (which is easy, let's be honest), but nothing against him being scum.
