Anyone who has visited Scum Street would tell you how accommodating everyone was there, how the overwhelming sense of community emanated from its very core.
Upon entering, one could turn to the left and see Nero Cain and Toon Fighter at Number 1 huddled together on their sofa. Directly opposite at Number 2 were 4nxi3ty and adorkable, gazing intently at a laptop screen, with Plan B next door casually glancing in their direction. Number 3 was the home of Cletus+Brandine, who had many delightful children and Cletus or Brandine would often be seen chasing one of them down the street. You could say that the 'leaders' of the street were the women of Numbers 5 and 6. PiggyGal15 and her husband Demon Core lived with their somewhat expressive teenager, DoomYoshi. Untrod Tripod and JacobSavage had two teenagers, Number Six and Senjai, who were quite expressive also. The street ended there, it seemed. A visitor could perhaps make out more houses, but something told him that they were merely an illusion, and certainly didn't exist.

Even someone who had lived on Scum Street for a month may have had a similarly naive perspective of their neighbourhood, but all of the seasoned Scum Street veterans knew that beneath the surface lay a street of arguments and feuds, misery and despair,

secrets and lies

However, something even the veterans could not predict was about to hit Scum Street like an avocado on fire.

There also happened to be people who wanted to kill everyone.

As always on Scum Street, tension permeated the air breathed in by its inhabitants, the leaves rustled by the wind, the asphalt road that had for too long been deprived of footsteps. It was an unspoken law that no man, woman, child or pet would make the journey from one side to the other. F-16_Fighting_Falcon, who had spent all her years at Number 3, was the only one who dared own pets, but they must have been aware of the law. As much as Untrod Tripod struggled to catch one of them out, she would never experience the sweet ecstasy of success.

Concealed in a bush next to her house, gaze fixed on Number 3, Untrod Tripod was unaware of her law being broken for the first time in 7 years. Steps cautious at first, but growing more confident with each stride, PiggyGal15 marched up to Number 6 and hammered the front door. Untrod Tripod fell out of her bush with a humiliating squeak, witnessed by all the residents of Scum Street, who had by that time appeared from their houses.
Turning around, she noticed her neighbours whispering, some barely keeping a smile from their faces.

That tramp has made a fool of me once again!

"What do you want!?" Untrod Tripod asked, struggling to remain composed as she confronted her nemesis.
PiggyGal15 responded with a playful smile.
"Well Tripy, I just wanted to say that your RedCoyote has been taking advantage of my poor DoomYoshi, and I don't want your kind mixing with my kind."
Blood flooded to Untrod Tripod's face. Her muscles grew rigid. This was even more disastrous than the event of 10 years before, the one that began it all. Her mind flashed back to the empty supermarket shelf, that same revolting smile as Piggy walked past, the last of the half-price bacon in her hand.

Possessed by a manic rage, Untrod Tripod destroyed the smile as her palm made contact with Piggy's cheek. Piggy collapsed, face drenched in blood, and would never smile again.

The sun set as Demon Core trudged home, the disappearing rays of light like needles piercing the skin of his face. With each step along the hard, cracked, concrete footpath, he felt as if he were wading through mud. His wife had been brutally murdered and his son was likely off gallivanting with the son of the murderer. Unlike his beloved Piggy, Demon Core had not deluded himself into thinking DoomYoshi innocent. Indeed, he had noticed the spring in his son's step before leaving the house that morning, the dreamy look in his eyes most evenings as he returned home.
Closing the front door behind him and switching on the hallway light, Demon Core decided what must be done.

DoomYoshi had noticed the darkening sky, knew that it was time to leave, but felt frozen by RedCoyote's stare. "Why don't you stay at my house for once?" RedCoyote asked after a moment.
"After everything that happened today?" DoomYoshi replied.
"Oh yeah, I guess you're right. Farewell then."
"That's awfully formal, don't you think? It's almost as if we're never going to see each other again."
RedCoyote gave a rare laugh.
"Well, you never know."

DoomYoshi set off toward his home, glancing back at RedCoyote's disappearing figure only once, not knowing that it would be the last time he ever did.

The next morning, two bodies were found lying side by side just behind the front door of Number 5, each with a bullet wound to the head, a handgun lying between them.

With that came an end to the family of Number 5, and the other Scum Street residents soon forgot about them. However, if one looked closely, they might have noticed a dim light glowing from within the empty house, the new home of someone who would shake Scum Street up like a deodorant can.

Toon Fighter's wife stared out their kitchen window, her tea growing cold after many minutes of neglect. As much as he strived, Toon Fighter remained unable to rescue Nero Cain from the prison she had built for herself five years before. He himself felt a gaping hole within whenever reminded of the sight of their eight year old son, pale and lifeless, lying in an oversized coffin.

At least I can get on with life

, he thought bitterly as he set off for work that morning. Nero Cain, however, had never left their house since, except for important events such as the PiggyGal15-Untrod Tripod showdown of course.

That day, someone new appeared on Scum Street, and he was

hot

. So hot, in fact, that Gentlemen Bastards and her posse couldn't help but giggle hysterically whenever they caught sight of him. With a face as if carved by angels, dark, brooding, bedroom eyes, and a muscular build evident underneath his tight shirt, N even caused a few of Scum Street's men to turn their heads.

However, the 19-year old was not quite as innocent as one would think, and it seemed his sole purpose was to cause trouble. He stole adorkable's stuffed toy collection, pelted water bombs at F-16_Fighting_Falcon's cats, told Untrod Tripod that her dress did not suit her figure. None of them seemed to mind at the time, but 4nxi3ty and JacobSavage suffered the consequences later.

"He's too attractive for his own good," 4nxi3ty whispered to JacobSavage after they met behind a bush, "He needs to go."

Just as they were about to head upstairs for the night, Toon Fighter heard a sharp knock at the door. He turned to his wife, but Nero Cain remained unaware of any change. As the door opened to reveal N, however, Nero Cain became suddenly animated, Toon Fighter lost what had become a permanent frown, and somehow they knew that their son had miraculously returned.

Toon Fighter had one foot forward, left hand outstretched, when a gunshot sounded.

Despite her terror, Nero Cain felt a compulsion far greater than that of fleeing to the safety of her home. In unison, she and N slowly extended their arms. As their fingers grew closer, Nero Cain's head buzzed with excitement, her skin tingled, her face assumed an expression of wonder. Just as their fingertips were a hair's breadth apart, the long-overdue touch seeming inevitable, a second gunshot was heard. Nero Cain's blood-soaked hand flung away from N's, each of them unable to recover from shock before Nero Cain's body was ravaged by more bullets.

Eyes wide, she lay gasping on the ground. N knelt beside her, realising that she was trying to speak.

JacobSavage felt horror and despair, hysteria and grief as he found his eyes upon evidence of what his wife had done.
Although normally quiet and eager to avoid all conflict, JacobSavage felt as if he had released the savage within him as he returned home to Number 6. By the time he entered the living room, Untrod Tripod facing away from him in the armchair opposite the fireplace, he felt ready to explode.
"I know what it is that you've found," Untrod Tripod said, still facing the fireplace.
JacobSavage's mouth opened, but no speech emerged in response to his wife's impossible knowledge, her surprisingly calm demeanour.
"I will not pretend that it didn't happen either, but if you are prepared to listen to me I can explain." she continued, remaining in her position.

An hour later, Untrod Tripod turned to face her husband. Their eyes connected, and as they rushed toward each other to meet in a passionate embrace, something long lost was reignited.

Gentlemen Bastards did not return to Number 6 until the next morning, so it was only then that she found her parents side by side, lying on their fronts, a knife in each of their backs. All of Scum Street woke from her scream.

Nostredeus ran home, her face drenched in tears, an overwhelming sense of hopelessness paralysing her mind. She faced the worst of dilemmas, where the wrong decision would haunt her for life. The image of 4nxi3ty appeared in her mind once again, beer bottle in hand, dismissing her without hesitation as he continued talking to the guys. She had not failed to catch the look he shared with the shamefully dressed blonde bitch at the next table either!

"Are you alright?"

It was ArcAngel9, someone Nostredeus couldn't deal with after what had happened. Friends since they were kids, he had always been her Plan B, but had he become something else? He had always been kind, there for her whenever she needed him, and there were not many potential husbands left with all the recent deaths. Everyone on Scum Street knew how he felt about her as well, but something about 4nxi3ty prevented Nostredeus from pursuing the possibility any further.

As Nostredeus arrived at the home she shared with her fiancee, hand reaching out to the front door's lock, a moment of clarity pierced her mind and she made her decision. With a feeling of renewed freedom, she opened the door, only to be greeted by all the residents of Scum Street and a shot to the chest.

While 4nxi3ty was enjoying his extended bachelor life, F-16_Fighting_Falcon spent her time home alone, as usual. Occasionally she regretted not ever having a child. As she grew older, the possibility grew less and less likely, but such feelings would be forgotten after hearing the hungry meow of one of her many cats.

In the early hours of one morning, an urgent knock against F-16's front door woke her. She lay still, hoping that the intruder would leave her in peace, but the knocking only grew in urgency. After an hour F-16 had had enough and staggered to the door, grumbling to herself about young hooligans and their inability to use the doorbell. The door opened to reveal a young woman.

"I'm Empking, and I'm your daughter."

F-16 stared in disbelief at first, yet it was only moments before her memories came flooding back. She remembered the charming father, the exhausting pregnancy, the excruciating birth. The most intriguing memory, however, was the one of her hitting her head on a rock shortly afterwards.

"It must have been amnesia," F-16 wondered aloud.

Their reunion was cut short, however, by a drunk 4nxi3ty bursting from the bushes and stabbing F-16 repeatedly with a knife. It was only once her mother had died that Empking realised what was happening. Revealing a longsword from her handbag, she swung at her mother's killer, only to be blocked by a longsword belonging to 4nxi3ty. They duelled for 2 long hours, and after each of them inflicting many wounds, it was eventually Empking that came out victorious, decapitating 4nxi3ty with a desperate swing.

For RedCoyote, the shock of rejection was too great, the thought of spending all of his days without his beloved N too much to bear. His only chance was to reveal his secret, long kept hidden beneath the cover of his clothes.

RedCoyote ripped off his shirt, eliciting a synchronised gasp from the crowd. He was a woman! Or, at least, like no man they had ever laid eyes on before.

ArcAngel9 leaned to whisper in N's ear, but was cut off.
"Yes, I don't get it either. He.... she... ugh, whatever it is..... must die!"

She could no longer be with him, that was certain, but would she ever be able to sleep with the thought of another caressing that angelic face, someone else the object of his bottomless stare?

N, reading an old diary of his mother, found what she had tried to tell him the night she died, realised how important it was for to say it, and how disastrous it was that she didn't. He made a decision, and made his way to the middle of Scum Street.

He found Gentlemen Bastards there, an elaborate knife mere millimetres away from her body, pointed directly at her heart.

How did she know too?

"N! N! Toon Fighter was my father, not JacobSavage, so you know what that means... Goodbye."
N, looking down at the ground, thought about what this meant.
"No, it's ok, because Toon Fighter was not actually my father! It's ok!"
He looked up to see Gentlemen Bastards lying awkwardly on the road, knife in her chest, eyes unmoving.

"Oh, well there's always Empking..."

The roles were mostly what you'd expect from their names.

The Weak Doctor was the dying when visting mafia kind. (Edit: I think I usually have normal doctors only being able to protect from one kill) Note that 4nxi3ty would only die when successfully targeting mafia, yet visited Empking coincidentally on the night he died.

If he didn't have a living neighbour, the nighbourizer could target someone at night and have a QT opened the next day.

Encryptor, while alive, allowed mafia to have daytalk.

The night actions and set-up in are in the Mod QT.

I was half hoping for an entertaining Day 6, but am probably happy that it was over quickly, as I really didn't like the town/mafia/SK endgame. I thought Empking played really well and deserved his win.
