Solid town reads on benmage and lambda.
LLD's reaction to TML's goofy cop claim makes sense from town.
Scum don't just forget who got mislynched if they had something to do with it (and ben was on the wagon). Also, Junpei is really quick to try to talk people out of making that a town tell Which, again, is what scum do, because townies who recognize other townies are the scums' worst nightmare.-

He did, but Junpei did it at least twice (that I recall) and I don't like lynching a player slot that's getting replaced, its too easy for scum to make excuses about saving the mod the trouble.-

It's not a town tell, but whatever, this isn't what made you vote me. Why are you voting me.
pedit: Uh, how the hell is it possible to unconfirm someone who is obviously confirmed town? That makes no sense whatsoever. It wasn't a town tell and you need to be sat down if you think it is (I'll PM you a review of your play after the game if you like). L-2 is not inherently scummy and I find it funny that you think it is.
Stretch harder.
I'm going to stop trying to debate this with you, because you're just wasting everyone's time at this point going around in circles. Shotgun claims universal backup, gives play by play from the mason qt. Most everyone seems to think this makes him obv-town. You and a couple of others are like "BUT WAIT GUYS DON'T DO THAT!" because, why exactly? Because its bad for scum when potential non-scum lynches get crossed off the list, that's why. Same reason you're trying to discourage people from drawing the conclusion that benmage is town.
L-2 is not inherently scummy, you're right, but its a super convenient place for a scum to vote, and it just adds to the pattern of you being scummy.
OhGodMyLife wrote:its too easy for scum to make excuses about saving the mod the trouble.
They only make that excuse if it is town... you know Pine to be town??
Derp, no, of course not. I just think that there's too many votes piling on Pine because omg the deadline's coming guys lets get someone lynched amiright? There's way more resistance to your lynch, thus its the right one.-

pretty much all the early votes. Benmage, The Mini-Librarian, Firestarter, Lady Lambdadelta, Maxous, GreyICE, FakeGod are the ones I remember being crap votes.
In post 1738, Lady Lambdadelta wrote:OhGodMyLife, Nero Cain is deluded. Most of the votes on the Rack wagon were deserved.
Do your own research.
Le sigh. Fine, I'll be reading day one during this game night. I'll figure it out for myself.-

There's a TON of resistance to a drmyshotgun lynch. You vote first.
Also I notice how you call me scum to prevent people from calling me town. You're scum using classic scum tactics aren't you?
There's not going to BE a shotgun lynch because he's town. Accept it. Never going to happen. Stop obfuscating. I'm talking about the difference between the amount of resistance to a pine lynch, the leading wagon, or a junpei lynch, the trailing second wagon.
And notice how you jump right to OMGUS. You're scum using classic scum tactics aren't you? (See, I can ask leading questions just like you!)
How does me calling you scum prevent anyone who wants to from calling you town?-

There's a LOT of people in this game who need to contribute or die. The lurking / active lurking level is outrageous.
Strongest town reads are still benmage and LLD.
I'm working my way through day one, but I remain convinced Junpei is scum. He should have swung from the gallows yesterday.
In post 2008, kdowns wrote:LOL at hezlucky pulling a meta reasoning.
Not Defending Junpei, I just thinks it's hilarious
1)Yes this is a defense of Junpei. A bad one.
2)Really? You've posted practically zero content, people are voting you, and this is all you've got?
Same problems I have with kdowns post. Ignoring the people who are after you, giving us practically no content whatsoever.
Gonna need a real reason, for both the townread and the scumread. And we're gonna need a lot more beside.
Vote: Junpei-

In brief, arguing against the mass conclusion of shotgun-town and mine own conclusion of benmage-town. Same reasons I gave yesterday.
Additionally, the fact that his wagon went to the brink and failed in favor of a seacore lynch.-

Let me try to explain why this is scummy.
Over the course of the game the town is trying to confirm enough people as town to hopelessly trap the scum. This can be done through claims, cop results, anything. Shotgun's claim essentially confirmed him, but Junpei insisted it didn't, trying to create enough doubt to keep him in the pool of possible lynched. Its an incredibly pro-scum, anti-town move. Town have no reason to cast doubt on a confirmed innocent.
Similarly, though benmage is not confirmed in the way that shotgun was basically confirmed, strong reasons have been given to believe him town. Once again junpei tries to cast doubt on this conclusion.-

In the immortal words of MeMe, post or perish.
I like the votecount analysis you've done, but whats your reasoning for the two scum team conclusion? I don't remember ever seeing it explained, and I don't see any reason to favor a two team theory over a one and an sk theory. I agree its unlikely we have a vig after last night's kills.
I could happily go back to a Junpei vote, but I want kdowns to actually do something before derailing the wagon on him. He's done plenty of posting elsewhere on the site and still refuses to do anything here.-

OK, no. Reading the thread does not equal lurking. You should realize by now it takes at least 15 minutes to wade through all the bullshit you post. Now are you going to answer my questions? Because despite all the words you just posted I didn't see you actually respond to me. You just went OMG CAUGHT HIM LURKING I'M SO PRO YOU DUMB. Like asking someone's opinion on lurking is some epic trap.-

DV, with three days to deadline you're trying desperately to start a counterwagon on me out of thin air. What, is fallman a scum power role or something?
I can't respond to your points against firestarter because I don't know what was going through his head. I can respond to your point against me. There is nothing worthwhile going on in this game because its at least 50% lurkers posting just when they're responding to prods. So I haven't been posting much, but I have been reading, and when someone writes that they suddenly suspect me for no god damn reason, I'm going to dismiss it. Every time. I'm still dismissing it.
Hez, not every person who voted for someone other than fallman was deflecting from the fallman wagon, but DV most certainly is.-

Thoughts
I think there is still strong evidence that Benmage is town, despite the "lynch me."
Looking at LLD's posts I'm seeing her connected to TML, redFF, Hez, and FG.
It looks like one scumteam from the reveal, safest to assume 6 to begin with, 5 left
...which means the fifth is probably one of the myriad contentless lurkers coasting through this game
14 alive, (up to) three kills again tonight, there is a remote possibility this is mylo
Vote: The Mini-Librarian
Your cop claim stunt was what made me think LLD was town.
Nice trick, scum.-

So I gather I'm either dying today or tonight. I'll get my reads together after work tonight so that maybe I can help the town from the grave. But I'll point out again that this is potentially mylo, and the chance of handing the scum victory is significantly higher with andrew's promise to see me dead, since it will be a town controlled kill on town, either by lynch or vig shot. I realize there is a small chance that andrew is the sk, but I find that terribly unlikely without a counterclaim. All this "the vig will just shoot him instead of countering" is bs because its common knowledge that the sk is frequently nightkill immune.
14 alive - lynch town, 13 alive. If the scum, sk and vig all hit town tonight we end up with 10 alive, and there's a very real possibility that the scumteam has five remaining members to immediately endgame.
That's what I've got for now, I'm on my way out the door for my shift but I owed this game a post that I never got to last night.-

I like the setup. Very, very power heavy on both sides, but scum should have seen the amount of town power coming from a mile away with three power roles out of six (six!) mafia, and the fact that we didn't almost cost the game. And yes, that jack of all trades, holy cow what a monster. Very lucky he got killed without claiming results.
Maxwell wins scum MVP imo for the great fakeclaim and of course pulling out the win in lylo. Hell, he would have been mvp just for replacing the utterly useless shotty. I felt like a burden to my team most of the time, I have just never been very comfortable playing as scum and I think it shows. The fakegod bus was definitely a desperation play to keep me alive one more night to roleblock, but it turned out the vig couldn't be RBed anyway so doh.
GG all, it was fun.
