Unfortunately, not really. I'm not going to join this bandwaggon though, as it is gaining steam too quickly for me. Actually... it is suspiscious, now that I think about it...

I bring my newly launched campaign of "lynch the quiet ones" to this game known as mafia 9. My fellow verbose players and I will begin voting for those who do not post shortly. Together, we will change the entire psychology of this game! No longer will the mafia be able to lurk in the shadows. No longer will the players with spectacular vernacular be branded as "suspiscious" because their name appears the most times on the page!

May the game be bettered!

Yes, but... In my opinion its a little too early (namely, like a day or two) to determine who the quiet players are. I am waiting for all the other people who think like me to join up, and then we will vanquish the lurkers!

I told you Bobacino: you can't stick your head out in the current situation. People just think "Aha! He's talking a lot... he must be mafia!"

Bah.

Is no one else unimpressed with the shameful bandwagon that occurred yesterday? I mean... maybe Mackay would have had a believable role claim. I think Leonidas should be punished for coming out day 1 with only 1 unverified investigation, and I wish I could punish the town for following. Gah... what a mess this is.

I'm digusted.

vote: Leonidas
on principle.

Your votes was one of this worst. Its obvious you had no idea how many votes had been recorded against Mackay, and any response by her was the last thing on your mind. What's the matter, got no balls to go with your vote? If you're going to make a bad move, either stand behind it or make amends. Don't come down on someone with more common sense than you.

And spell spiel right.

Pardon me please for trying to appear innocent in this game. I'd also like to apologize for trying to distance myself from that fiasco that you guys called a lynch. High and mighty? I think I have a right to be, as I showed an iota of discretion when it came time for me to cast a stone. Why would my post bother you unless you had some misgivings of your own? In your vote for me you didn't defend your vote, but rather attacked me for not being a part of your mob. This is not standing behind your vote. This is trying to save your own skin by deflecting guilt away from yourself onto me.

As a responsible player, you should be aware of the possibility of lepton gambits and irregular cops. Every claim should be taken with a grain of salt. Now that you are standing behind your vote, I question whether you have the best interests of the town in mind.

The fact of the matter is, Leonidas is probably not on the mafia's side. If Leonidas intended to deceive us, it was done poorly. But really, as someone noted above: many of you said we'd have an easy lynch tomorrow. Where is this lynch? Why does thinking start today, and not yesterday? There are scenarios where Leonidas is evil. I think it is wise to cover our bases, and to set a precedent.

This is why we have things like capital punishment in some parts of the world. The threat of death is supposed to be enough to prevent killing. But if you don't follow through, you have chaos.

I'm not making irrelevant arguments here. I understand your position, but where's the accountability? Pretend for a moment we're in a real life situation... you basically killed an innocent person.

Well... I can think of a reason to keep you alive. You may just be insane, as opposed to random. If this is true, you are still a useful cop, just at the expense of one of our civilians.

Tell us when you get an innocent result.

If RubberDuck is telling the truth, I think mike amok is mafia/ some killer. This was how the laundry attendent worked in previous games. If mafia killed, blood on clothes. Nothing else. So... I need to decide whether I believe the ol' duck.

Mike's cop claim does not sit well with the blood claim of the Duck. I believe the two are mutually exclusive, eliminating some of the ideas proposed above.

One of them is lying. My vote stays on mike.

I'm not really sure what we intend on doing here... Actually... OK. I'll wait for tomorrow. Someone should have a role that can help clear this up. jeep usually has a couple of surprises up his sleave.

So... what now? Any quiet ones we can pick on?

Who came up with that? discer? I'm impressed. What the hell is going on...

Why was RubberDuck voting for ambic when he had the results of the laundry already? Why switch to MA late in the day... Now I'm glad MikeA wasn't lynched.

I say we let this debate wait for tommorrow after these people have been throughouly investigated by whatever roles are out there.

Well, I think ambic is the shopkeeper he claims to be, Leonidas the cop he claims to be (of questionable mental stability), RubberDuck the laundry man he claims to be...

I think MikeAmok is scum, but we're waiting for tomorrow. DS is a ?. That leaves Polotet, or someone else. Polotet will serve as my sacrificial maiden to the gods of posting.

I officially object to voting ambic. I do not have any special information about him, but I do believe his role claim. He MAY be mafia as well as a shopkeeper, but that's for a cop to find out.

Fellow townies: I have conclusive evidence that there is a scum among us. I officially accuse and
vote: Mike Amok

Evidence A: RubberDuck claims Laundry attendant.

A.1: RubberDuck claims that ambic has clean clothes, and AFTERWARDS turns out to be a shop owner, with no reason to have blood on his clothes.

A.2: RubberDuck claims that Mike Amok has bloody clothes.

Evidence B: According to MatthewV, I have a gun. My original response to his question was "I'm not sure whether I have a gun"

Evidence C: I am a detective, not a cop. I follow one person at night to see where they go, but not what they do.

C.1 Would a detective have a gun? I thought I might, MatthewV says I do. Good enough for me.

C.2 I followed DP night 1 to DS's house. DP died.

C.3 I followed DS night 2. He didn't go anywhere.

Evidence D: DS claimed townie. Consistent with my investigation.

C.4 I followed Mike Amok night 3 to test his claim of copness. Mike Amok, to my surprise, visisted
GREEN CRAYONS
.

Evidecne E: GC is dead.

Evidence F: Mike Amok claims that he visited DS last night, and got guilty.

F.1 Mike Amok did not visit DS last night.

I suspect that Mike Amok is trying to take out a townie before we all finally realize that he is scum. I throw myself upon the mercy of the town, and save DS's life.

Lynch Mike Amok, 100% scum.
