Jediknight, the masons didn't really discuss anything pertinent I'm afraid (at least not with my involvement). I was away on holiday with very limited access. I was only able to check in once during the night period. Maybe Shamrock and StrykkerVerde had a more productive discussion.

There wasn't much to discuss, really. But it helped verify Strykker's role.

There's no way scum would claim like that. Precisely because of your reaction and because there is no effort involved in making the claim believable. Also, claiming mason as scum will require a mafia buddy to back you up eventually and is too big a risk in the long term.

While it is a WIFOM-esque argument, it's more risk than reward for the scum. If one gets killed (like by a vig or SK or something), the other is revealed as scum as well, giving a two-for-one deal.

I also think it's silly to lynch a claimed cop at this point in the game, even if we don't know his mason partner. Admittedly, showing a partner would give his claim more credibility, but even without that he's still a very bad idea to lynch and a somewhat suspicious choice.

scotty I was prodded because I totally forgot about this game. So I decided to do myself a favor and reread everything instead of just jumping right in or else I wouldn't have known about Brian's day vig ability ect. It was mainly because he aided in the killing of two important townies. And he was role fishing at one point (that might have been someone else...I guess I'll find out who it was) but that person kept on pressuring chamber and whoever the journalist was to give out information about their abilities.

I didn't want to reveal my ability at first and I didn't even think you would even post since you haven't posted in this thread since like page 16. But obviously when you are about to get killed you will post...too scummy if you ask me.

Three things wrong with this:

1. Why would you NOT post if you're about to die? Doing otherwise, whether you're scum or town, is just STUPID.
2. If only scum would post when they're about to die (which, as I said, is an idiotic argument), it becomes WIFOM.

He's been setting off my scumdar like crazy and I think I see why now.

He has made only 8 posts this entire game (yes, I know he replaced in, but that's still extremely few).
